Amazing theme with great functionality - and something you don't get with every theme provider which was fast and useful response to questions and help with the theme. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately, they don´t answer any ticket in 24hrs. I have been waiting for 4 days and nothing. Very disappointing.

First of all, we owe you an apology for late response. We were facing with lack of human resources during last week and because of weekend you waited much longer then usual But we are back in full speed again and doing our best to answer on all tickets within 24 hours. Our trained support agent yesterday answered on two of your tickets on our support forum. Please, check responses on ticksy.
