The example page for both WordPress and HTML go to an 403 Forbidden page but the Muse Example version functions. I’ve noticed that the Muse version has better options for navigation that the HTML version does not have. I requested help on this subject on the 24th of February 2017 but received a “Delivery to the following recipients has been delayed.” I’ve still not received a response.

I requested support on Feb 24th, 2017 to the contact listed here. I did not get any reply. I sent an email to whichever support contact themeforest offers which stated you received a copy; still no reply. Finally, I post the same email to this forum and then I start getting replies. I understand people are busy, but it has been now 2 emails directly to you and from themeforest within 7 days. No support is given whatsoever. That is why I would like a full refund. Had you simply replied to both emails in private, I would not need to post to the Comment area. But since the world can now see it, you decide to take action. Unfortunately it has been too long and I am still waiting on themforest to do something.

I’ll give you a refund if you give a specific reason for what’s wrong with our product. Of course, it has to be something that you have not been informed.

As stated on the support page.

“Item support is a service provided by many authors on ThemeForest and CodeCanyon. Having support for your purchased item means that the author will be available to you, the buyer, to iron-out any potential issues buyers have in using the item.”

Support is also part of the product. None of your products have functioning samples due to a “server problem”. Which you have not bothered to inform anyone on your page. If I were selling products and there was a problem with the advertisement, I would update my profile to inform potential buyers instead of scaring them off. ‘Tis simple courtesy. I take full responsibility for not verifying the sample page until after my purchase. But I had seen your work before and loved it. I still do, but this is about the principle. As for respect, again, a lack of reply several days ago when requested. Now you reply in a heartbeat because it can be publicly viewed. I purchased 6 months of support with this beautiful theme, unfortunately I am not getting any until several days later when posting it here. Also, I assume your direct contact email is also affected by a server problem. Another reason I would have informed my potential buyers.
