Hello! I bought the template last year and actually I wanted to install it right now. My problem: I cannot import the content.xml onto the website. When ever I choose the file the importer opens a new pop-up window asking me where to save the admin.php file? Any solution? Thanks
The Slider revolution plugin does not work. when activating it after upload i get this error message:

So I’m uploading the child theme?
What’s the point of having two then if only one is actually needed? Doesn’t make sense to me. I just need the demo content to load.
Hi, you can use only main theme, everything will work as expected. Child theme is there for customizations – basically every change you make in main theme will get overwritten if you update theme later. So you make changes in child theme and update parent.

Okay well it doesn’t. I’ve uploaded main theme and the demo content doesn’t load. Doesn’t show its availabile. I’ve submitted a support ticket like I’ve said a few days ago with my login info. Maybe you guys can look and fix it..
Please check the documentation, this is covered in it, step by step. Demo content doesn’t load automatically, it is included in zip file and you need to import it. Cheers

I have the demo content I uploaded content.xml and ran importer, and slider as well..
Website doesn’t work it loaded all pages, home dark etc.

If I go to themes, under my themes it says for Andy (only theme installed)
Demo Content Stylesheet is missing. Delete Documentation Stylesheet is missing. Delete Licensing Stylesheet is missing. Delete PSD Stylesheet is missing. Delete data_export Stylesheet is missing.
If this can be fixed.. only dark theme page does this.
Also, what menu do I use to make it like demo? All of them arent the size and font or look of what demo is..

Hi, you need to first unzip downloadad file and use zip theme file inside it. Cheers
Yes, I downloaded the zip, uploaded it to my web server and extracted. Demo content still won’t load. I have also submitted a support ticket with my access details so you guys can fix.
You need to download zip then extract it then find another zip inside it and that zip is the one you are uploading to server. So you need one extraction before process you mentioned. Cheers
Hello, I was asked to modify someone else website with Andy theme and creator plugin installed. I just did a child theme (as they were supposed to do and did not), but now creator elements are don’t seem to be compatible In the frontend I see shortcodes instead. How can I fix it? thank you.
Hello, if you need the theme license for this request I’m going to ask the previous web designer, but please do not ignore my post just because I don’t figure as regular buyer. The issue is quite urgent for me. I also tried to leave Andy as selected theme and put new custom style code in the apposite field under Customize > General, but it does not save it. Once I quit the code disappears. So no way to use my custom styles. Thank you so much!
well i sort it out….in functions.php the Creator support (from line 12) should have get_template_directory() instead of get_stylesheet_directory(). You should change in in your theme folder so that the Creator would work with child themes.

The website very likely has an outdated version (1.0.2). I cannot use your support system since I’m not the owner . If I manage to retrieve the account I will install the updated version. Thank you for your reply.
Just for your information I eventually managed to retrieve the account and downloaded the latest version, but the support in child theme for the Creator is still missing. So there is still stylesheet instead of template, I had to change it manually.

we are using separated system to provide better support to our buyers and protect their privacy. Also there is a team who handles this and they check for new tickets more frequently.
To set custom link you need to enter it in menu.
Sorry but I’m not sure what add-ons you are talking about. Creator is included in theme and you can use all elements just like on demo site. Please check the documentation, there is covered everything on how to replicate demo site and how to use Creator.

Hi, You should be able to download it no matter your support has expired. Just go to https://themeforest.net/downloads and there should be an item and download button. If you cant download it it is some other problem, not expired support. Cheers

Hi, I am using this to showcase a video marketers videos but they are not showing as 720HD and I cannot find an option to change this. I have added the videos as links to Vimeo using the portfolio links. The Vimeo videos are high resolution but the theme is playing them as standard definition. Are you able to alter this please? HD is the norm these days, even facebook ads use it! My client is not happy

Hey! Just bought this theme and am having fun customizing it. One question… I like using the logo at the top center with the menu bar. Our logo is more tall than the Andy logo in the demo and shrinking it to 20px tall to match the sample content makes it too small to stand out. When I use a larger logo I see that the theme shrinks it down, but then the text menu options are no longer vertically centered in the menu bar. Do you have a recommendation for how to adjust that? Thanks!
