Theme is beautiful, and customization is extensive. The theme would get 5 stars if those were the only criteria.
However, documentation is minimal, and doesn't go much beyond re-stating the options available.
In particular, the location of the graphics for the following are all undocumented and in different, hard-to-find places:
a) the rotating images under the main screen
b) individual menu items
c) section headings
Worst of all, despite advertising multiple different styles ("One Page Full Width", "Classic One Page", etc.), there appears to be no simple way to change between these various styles (other than generic templates for "One Page" and "Multi-Page" setups).
Specifically, the One-Page layout defaults to a "Full width" style which looks awful, and which doesn't match what you see when you are composing individual sections. I've had to fix this with the ugly hack of adding "container" as a custom class for all full width elements on every page.
Last, six months of support is not enough for an end-user who is building a site in available time (i.e. the kind of user who is most likely to need support). And, to top it off support is limited to "e-mail me", which means there is no online record of other people who have solved similar problems, and the author seems to go out of their way not to post solutions publicly. To me, that smells of a forced up-sell (but, sorry, they won't support customization or installation issues).
Other, less beautiful themes have much better online support (including online forums that are searchable, and which let you go back in time and review the issues that you had to solve when you first built the site).
