very unhappy, theme will not load and cant wait two days for a response

I have uploaded the template as it came from you without ANY changes, only changed the email address in the sendmail.php to ours to test it first. It is not working.
I noticed the following error message:
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_email_valid() in /home/bodybala/public_html/test/sendmail.php on line 9"This is your line 9 in the sendmail.php file by the way: if( isset($name) && isset($email) && isset($message) && is_email_valid($email) ) {
So something in your sendmail.php form must not be set up correctly, please take a look and send me a working version.
