I am thinking about buying this theme. It looks very very nice and seem very customizable. I have one question though. Is it possible in the blog version to write bigger? And maybe also change the font?
Yes, it’s possible, in theme options you can select different font options. Additionally, you can add custom css to change theme appearance as you want. If you need help with any of that, feel free to contact us.
Thanks. I am sending you an email to ask you about something else. Thanks.
Email sent. Thanks.
We’ve replied your email.
Thanks Br0. Replied as well.

Please contact us support.shindiristudio.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also provide us with an login so we can check these issues first handed. Also this issue says that your server is not really operational as it should be, so we’ll check any issues regarding our theme and builder.
sent you the mail with the subject as 500 internal server error.
Yes, but I also need your site url..
Thanks alot !! Wonderful support . just brilliant.
No problem. You have our skype account aswell as all other contacts. Please contact us when you need assistance with the Anivia Theme or Frontend Builder.
A small tip for you. Please read our documentation on how to set the kk Star Ratings Plugin.
Just bought this item. But what’s the deal with the slider? Do I also need to buy the plugin to get the full functionality?
I’m also not clear about the setup. Should I set up a static page and a post page?
No, Revolution Slider and Frontend Builder are included in the theme. You should also download the latest version of Anivia that was released couple of hours ago. Installation instructions are located in the anivia documents, please read this information before you continue. You can set all default WP features for home page or posts or you can use only static pages created via Frontend Builder.
For more support please contact us support.shindiristudio.com or email@example.com.
I purchased the Anivia theme from ThemeForest.
I read in comments that you could install for me. I’d like to install with Demo content.
I’d like to use the NEWS layout with Home Page #1.
I attempted to install myself and was able to install the demo content successfully, however I was unable to get the FrontEnd Builder to work when creating a new PAGE. The FrontEnd TAB was not there on the page. Not sure if I installed wrong or not but I’ve deleted all files so that you can install a fresh one. Sent you an email.
Thank you for purchasing. We’ve verified your purchase and we’ll proceed with the installation.
I’ve purchased Anivia and would be interested in seeing how others utilize this theme.
Have you a links to magazine/news sites using Anivia?
We got a couple, we’re planning on making a small showcase of our clients sites, but for now please contact us @ firstname.lastname@example.org for urls.
Hi ,I’m interest your theme. I have 2 question.
- Is it suitable for the game store?
- Does it have THB and Thai font?
Yes, it is. This is a very versitile theme. You can have as many columns of products as you want by dividing the main page layout into multiple columns. Also using the Frontend Builder you can create any layout imaginable with all the shortcodes used with Woocommerce. That means you can separate your products by category, rating, sales etc. All Google Web fonts are supported, so that’s a yes.
I have been trying to create category pages but I am unable to do any customization on any of the category pages. The front end builder also does not seem to work in the category pages. Could you please suggest as to how can we go about customizing category pages.
Hi, To further explain this, I have a category environment. When I open the category page of environment, I see all posts (whether an article, or an interview or a tutorial) related to environment clubbed and published there. However, there is no option to present these posts in a more systematic manner. I would like to have different sub-headings inside the category page environment such as article where only articles related to environment category are published, then interviews where only interviews related to environment are published and so on. How do I go about doing this.
Category pages are dynamic pages that can’t be edited using Frontend builder. Customization in category pages is currently not supported, but because of the requests, we consider adding fields for inserting html code before and after category pages. That way you’ll be able to add additional content and to style the page. Do you think that’s an adequate solution for your problem?
Thanks Bro, that might help. I think one functionality that could really help us all would be if you could provide an option to filter posts basis multiple categories. That way we could even design category pages through the front end builder. Currently, all the drag and drop elements on the front end builder lack the feature of being able to display posts which belong to multiple categories. For example, if I want to display articles which belong to both category environment and category human rights and not just one of these categories, I cant do it. If you can provide a drag and drop element which allows to display posts belonging to multiple categories, that will be of great help.
Alternatively, if you could suggest how I could design a page which allows me to display articles belonging to multiple categories, say both cat1 and cat2 ( and not just belonging to only cat1 alone or only cat2 alone), it would be of immense help. Thanks.
First of all, thanks for giving us valuable feedback. You’re completely right, currently there is no AND operation for post categories. We’ll consider implementing a solution for that in the following updates.
Thanks Bro, That will be really awesome and if you are able to give a solution like that, a lot of people will actually be able to design category pages as other normal pages and they will also have the option to use the front end builder therefore. In the meanwhile, could you suggest a solution to this issue. I have been really trying hard to find a solution to this. Thanks.
You can try to make a parent category which contains multiple child categories, and when you filter articles, you use only that parent category. Check to see if that helps.
Please keep your Anivia system up to date. This is very important as Anivia with the Frontend Builder is a young system with a lot of power. We’re doing everything we can to make it perfect, but we cannot foreseen all the issues and bugs associated with it. So, keep your system always on the latest version, read the !UPDATING ANIVIA.txt file for instructions and help, and everytime you experience a bug or a flaw in it please contact us to report it support.shindiristudio.com or email@example.com
In Theme Option when I change the header font it doesn’t actually change.
And this? Every page I create in front end displays in content this: [rev_slider Revolution Slider not installed]
Ok I didn’t install, beacause at the moment I don’t need it, and when it was installed it showed a slider box in every page. Why?
You are right for the font above the menu items, we’ll take a look at that. As far as the menu items go, their font changes. Is that the behaviour on your site as well? Did you imported demo content, because pages imported may contain revolution slider shortcode?
No I did not. With clean install sample page shows breadcrumb, but when i create or edit an existing page breadcrumb disappears and [rev_slider Revolution Slider not installed] shows. Concerning the font I’m talking about the menu font, it doesn’t change.
And also the theme says I have to install a new buil of Frontend Builder, but I’m using the last one provided with the latest update of the theme
I tried more fonts and some are working but other not
Please send us an email @ firstname.lastname@example.org immediately, we need to connect via skype to quickly resolve your issues.
Is it possible to create vertical tabs and if not will you consider it for future update
No, Frontend Builder in this version has only horisontal tabs. We can make this feature for you, and our future users.
Thanks very much
No problem, we are always happy to make our products better and customers happier
i am facing an issue regarding the uploading of featured images . i cannot upload the featured images using anivia theme but when i work with 2013 default wordpress theme then i dont face any issue . currently the images do not show up . kindly help me out pls .
We’ll check the issue, and get back to you as soon as possible.
Thanks again ! brilliant job guys !
No problem, we’re glad to help
I am very close to making a decision here, really like the ease of being able to construct a page and having my clients/partners in this project be able to run a system like Word Press.
I do most of my work in Joomla, not too much with Word Press. Just not as familiar with it, and many of the themes seem very specific and have the bells and whistles built in. But I feel Joomla on this project is a huge learning curve for some of my partners. WP makes sense.
Is there a way or documentation to check out the actual posts aspect of this theme, what type of custom posting, are there any shortcodes, stuff like that mostly? The page builder front end tool looks quite awesome TBH, and you covered it well in the description.
I also understand often times I can expand function with plugins if a theme lacks something we may need, so would this work OK with one of the popular backend page builders, or a shortcode plugin if we needed it?
Thanks for your time,
This theme is really limitless. You can create any layout in your pages or posts. All shown elements in our demo previews are avaiable in all layouts. Any unsupported feature can be added via widgets and plugins or you can easily add new shortcodes in Frontend Builder. We can also help you with the integration of new elements. Also all Anivia elements/shortcodes are supported in plain tinymce editor or any layout composer.
We appriciate your intrest in Anivia Theme, Thank you!
Sweet. Thank you, this will be money well spent. I appreciate your time and patience.
Not a problem, we’re always glad to help
I am thinking about buying your theme but wanted to see how it works with wp event manager. I am assuming that i can use the revolution slider with event manager but wondering if i can use event manager with your widgets or does it just pull regular categories and not categories from wp manager.
also, does this work with buddypress as well.
You can use any widgets in Frontend Builder sidebar. Also you can create a sidebar with a single widget and use it as element in the Frontend Builder. Anivia supports BuddyPress in it’s functionality and it’s default design. We can help you intagrate it with your style. We have a great support team here.
Hey br0, sorry for the delay. So with your page builder i should be able to come up with something simaliar to www.sfstation.com for my home page? Also, how compatiable is your theme with “the events calendar” by modern tribe. Please let me know and then i can make a decision to buy or not. thanks again!
Yes, you can build something similar. As far as we tested, we didn’t find conflicts with “Events Calendar”. Event pages are shown properly, widget also… If you encounter some issue, feel free to contact us.
Cool! I will be making the purchase then! thanks again!
wanted to create a gallery page with three coloumns in it . like the one in the default magazine tempalate . managed to create the button with a iframe in which the image opens up . but i cant replace the icon with the image .
got it !
Awesome! Contact us if you hit a bump!
We´ve updated your theme and in the Wordpress Admin area you recommend to upgrade the Slider Revolution and the Frontend builder but there´s no way to upgrade them. How can we upgrade this plugin´s versions in order to work properly with your theme.
Thanks in advance…
As for the Fronend Builder, you can easily deactivate it, delete, and then upload the new zip archive (provided in the full_plugins folder) and install it again. Nothing can go wrong.
The Revolution slider needs to be upgraded via FTP. If you’re not sure how to do it, we can help you. Send us an email @ email@example.com and we’ll get in touch.
I have installed the theme and activated all Plugins. I am not wanting to install the Demo content.
FrontEnd Builder is activated but I continue to see a message at top of Dashboard:
“The following plugin needs to be updated to its latest version to ensure maximum compatibility with this theme: Front-End Builder.”
The FrontEnd Builder TAB is not showing up when I go to create a new Page. Any solution to this? Seen this before?
Also, to note. I updated the Front-End Builder plugin and the message still stays at top of Dashboard.
Please send us an email @ firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you immediately.
Sure. Email Sent. Thank you.
Your system is now updated to the latest version of Anivia and Frontend Builder. Enjoy!
i wish to buy anivia for my already existing blog. i’ve a few questions:
can i setup the template without using the front end?
can i use my plugins without problems? like wp-supercache, all in one seo and others?
can i manually modify template files (.php, .css)?
is it guaranteed the ability to run the theme on the every future version of wordpress?
Frontend Builder needs to be installed as it is the core function of this theme (for creating content and content handling), but you don’t have to use it. All Wordpress functionality is preserved, which means you can create your pages and posts without using the Frontend Builder.
Anivia should support all plugins, but we recently had an issue with the Sensei plugin, so we cannot guarantee that absolutely every plugin will work, but we can offer our assistance in making them work with Anivia. Also this referees to the plugins involved with the special content templates, not the simple plugins. Also all in one SEO and WP-Supercache have no issues with Anivia.
You can create a child theme and rework every bit you don’t like. Child themes are the way to do it if you need more functions and support that are not already in the theme.
Yes, Anivia is 100% guaranteed to run on future Wordpress versions.
ok, thanks for you replies.
regular licence is valid only for one single domain? can i transfer my blog (for example in future) to another domain?
You can switch domains and still use the theme, as long as don’t use it on two domains simultaneously.
i run into some issue…
i’ve sent an email to support.
We’ll check it and respond as soon as possible.
is there anything that can be done to make my menu fully visible when i scroll down and click on ‘Menu’ on the top bar ?? i have many categories to be displayed from that option .
Also i want to use the default shop layout that you have . can i use that . could you help out ?
thank you .
1. Full Menu – It’s not possible, however, our suggestion is to divide categories into submenus. That way you can see them all as you scroll down.
2. Yes, you can. You just need to install WooCommerce, and new elements will automatically appear in Frontend Builder. If you need help with that, don’t hesitate to ask.
just sent you the mail .
We’ll check it as soon as possible.
sent you another email regarding photo upload problem .
We are already working on it and will get back to you for up to an hour.
We sent you an e-mail.
thanks again guys
No problem, we are glad to help
