Built a site using this theme on a temp url on the hosting server as was waiting for DNS to propagate and now cannot use it on the live url as it wont accept the purchase code…..2 days wasted.

Before moving to the other domain/ Uninstall WordPress setup, you need to deactivate your purchase code from the About Annie option.
For now I reset your purchase code. You can use it again.

Work menu item have child item that why work menu item not working. If you add child item under parent menu then parent menu’s URL disabled for click function.
You can rearrange your menu like Work => All Works, Design, Interior.

A client of mine is using your theme and loves it. I’d like to use the Media Grid element that come with the block in WP Bakery. I can see that there is a masonary setting but it’s using very large images and it’s not folding image under another if one image is really short. See: http://www.new.leeannepellerin.com/images/ (see 2nd gallery on this page)
Can you point me in the right direction on what settings I need to use in order to have the images fold nicely together. SOmething like: https://wordpress.org/plugins/photoswipe-masonry/ (scroll down the page to the screen shots gallery the first image has a mix of images and sizes that fold nicely together.)
