Anomica Team, I m so frustrated with this theme. It just looks good on your demo sites, however when installed on a domain - the functionality is broken, the images are missing and layout is missing.
1 - How do you expect customer to keep writing to support team anytime theme is installed on a domain. Do you think customer has so much time to write and expect for replies. I totally agree with user Donah123. Last time I wrote to support and they fixed it but do you think customer wd have time to write every time the theme is installed..is it?
2 - @Anomica team, do give me a solution as to what happens when the support time ends? That means the theme is a total waste after the support ends. This isn't even professional.
3 - Isn't it authors or whoever created this has the responsibility to give us working theme - when we are paying for the same?
4 - Anyone whos looking to buy this theme - Pls DONT. It just looks good on demo site but when you install it - the basic functionalities don't work like scrolling services, Images are missing, layout is missing.
Now I am going to write to Anomica Support team, whether they help or not I have to see - but do they expect that people should write to them anytime we install this theme?
Why is this theme not fixed for good ? Or is it too much to ask even after paying for this theme

Sorry for the inconvenience. I'm not sure what issue you get on your site but we received your 10+ support ticket and our support team help for all that tickets.
Our theme has no bugs like this. You get demo data install error due to server poor configuration which need to set before installing the theme. I have checked your all that tickets and there is no major issue in it. You are asking questions for some basic settings. Also if we found any error with the theme then we surely update it in our theme updates. You can check our theme change log.
