Hello I have installed the demo homepage-2 and i noticed that there is difference between the demo you have and the one shown on my website, there is a lot of missing content, like slider, footer, products (0), menu, megamenu and some other sections
Knowing that i have all the requirements you mentioned on the documentations, but i haven’t installed the multi-vendor plugin
Can you tell me why this is happened, should i re-import the demo again again, or it’s achievable by just importing each data from scratch

All theme issues will be supported for free without extension of support.
1. You should update the theme + plugin to the latest version before importing sample data.
2. If there is a problem with importing sample data. You can reset the data, then import it again.
3. Issues related to import sample data are supported for free.
I already have the latest version (1.2.15) and all plugins are updated, if i can get support to fix this, could you tell me how can i get it and where can i send the login credentials to see this error

Yes it only works with Gravatar, by default WooCommerce doesn’t support profile pictures on create account.

Demo of marketplace only integrates plugin it makes no difference at all, you can completely translate everything into arabic.

Hello, I am having issues displaying the H1 title on the Category/Subcategory page after disabling the Image background breadcrumb and moving to text alone. The title displays for a split second and disappears when the page fully loads.
Is it not something you can help with here, do i have to pay for that kind of issue?

Demo site bug: From any individual product page, scroll down to Related products and click the eye icon for quick view. The title loads in the pop-up and then disappears within a second. When you scroll back up to the top of the page, the quick viewed product name has been stacked with the other page title and meta data.
