if you know your theme has a lot of problems you should have it fixed before putting it on the market, then to allow a customer wait a long time before getting a response

Design is awesome & very user-friendly.

Overall, I think the Aora theme is great, but it lacks two important options:
1. Mobile Footer does not have an Ajax cart, which means that when you press it, the cart should move out of the right side and not enter a new tab ...
2. Mobile Footer does not have a filter button that pops up from the left side ...

these two important things are missing ... (many uglier themes have such options, e.g. the pinkmart theme)

Amazing customer support. They respond on time and with a solution to your problem. I would definitely work with them in the future. The best customer service I have ever been given

Overall this theme is good and customer support is also good but I feel it is a little bit slow.
