Just want to share my experience after 2 years using apollotheme. Recently I have a small editing job to display OOS items. My support had long expired so I write to them asking if they can help me fix this if it wasn't a huge job to do and i'm willing to pay a fee if needed. However, the support team fix my problem right away.
With this type of commitment from Apollotheme, you can rest assure you can rely on their products.

P.s I'm not encouragement user to ask for free support. probably my issue is just too small for them to charge.

Design is great, very easy to work with and allows a quick creation of the shop. Customization is also very easy to use, proviidng plenty of options.

and of course - the wonderful support. Their response is quick and really helpful, some bugs found in RTL were fixed right away - 5 stars service!

Having the option of 3 different themes is most definitely a plus for me. There is a vast amount of customization options which is always nice as well. I had a few issues and had to contact support. Support jumped in and took care of my issues almost immediately. I'm glad I added the additional support to my purchase because I am a novice when it comes to coding. Designing is what I want to spend my time on and after seeing how well support responded, I feel confident down the road I will need assistance and they will be there to keep my store looking and functioning great! Not disappointed at all!
