Wish I could give them 100 Stars. They are an absolutely fantastic developer. Their theme is amazing and just as good as some of the £180+ themes available for Shopify. They also have amazing customer support. I had a small problem and their developers came and they fixed everything for me in my shopify store. Superb work guys :)!

I would have given five stars but their customer service is extremely slow to tackle my issues.

This took MONTHS to fix before being usable to Publish. While the author was responsive, it took a lot of custom work (and payments) to get this theme workable.

Some critiques:

* Way too many things are hard-coded into the theme, and should be in the theme's template instead. We wanted a dark theme, and found that many elements needed to be changed in the code to make that work. Colors, fonts, positions, etc. are hard-coded in too many places.

* Oddly, by default, the main page load ALSO loads the product page data (Description, photos, etc.) for every single product thumbnail you have visible on the main page! It makes for a 13+ second main page load -- completely unacceptable. To turn that off, you have to comment out some code (a the least, that should be a preference in the template).

* The Megamenu looks to be customizable in the template, but for the most part it is not and we had to get the author to manually fix/place a number of elements and functions of the megamenu.

* I see that there is a theme update as of today. Perhaps some of these bug fixes have been incorporated. But I feel like we were a beta tester of an unusable theme, to get it working.

* We love the theme's animation and style, but knowing what we know now would have avoided purchasing.

Great theme! Also, great support! I requested for a customization to the header and they did it in under two days!
