It's a pain in the ass to get this theme working. No design visible after installing the theme - just a lousy header. Page builder doesn't work, need to buy a extra license for 59 US$. Absolute ridicules.

Full of bugs. Not recommended. Demo version never get installed, any change in theme options will revert back theme default settings like demo logo etc.

Super fast and professional support. There were code samples, but they were fixed immediately. Great, beautiful theme. Many thanks to the developers and the technical support!
This theme is barely documented and even small color changes require custom CSS. The options panel is buggy and two of the home page styles are unusable because they will not hold their settings—even with all plug-ins disabled.

It's a good looking theme. But be careful: what you see is what you get. The theme options way are too limited. WYSIWYG with this theme. Nothing more.
Customer support is very responsive, but only give (bad) hot fixes.

I'll be honest: I am disappointed in this Wordpress theme. This "Apartt Villa" theme looks great. But it is extremely limited in functions compared to other themes that are available on Envato. There is no documentation. The coding is bad. I am unable to change the main color of the theme without adding custom CSS. This theme is not created for clients, but for programmers. On top of that, your support is quick (thumbs up for that) but the solutions you provide are bad practise. You should not propose to clients to change the code of the theme in all your solutions.
Once again: thumbs up for the good looks of this theme. The rest should be build again from scratch.

I have no idea where all the support comments come from, they helped me within 24 hours and it is time between xmas and new years.
Great theme been using it since may 2016 had no problem setting it up and my client loves it.
