After setting up all the PHP values (required by the developer) and prepping the environment (premium hosting).. none of the demos will install. Fatal Error on every single demo install. THIS THEME IS CRAP. I just want demo 2 as it's the perfect layout for my vision.. but when a demo has regular fatal errors.. it's the theme developer. *** IT WOULD HELP IF THEY PROVIDED DOWNLOADABLE DEMO FILES FOR THE IMPORT ***

Demo files are included with theme. As you haven't opened any ticket / comment so far so am not sure about your purpose of leaving this review. If you're looking to get a solution then request you to open a support ticket (if you have support for the theme). We're not sure which premium hosting you have been using!

Did not work on wp-engine. Wp-engine and theme develop both pointing fingers at each other (theme tries to write PHP files to the Uploads folder, which is a Wp-engine and security no-no).

Wp-engine is not world standard. WordPress itself recommends https://wordpress.org/hosting. A simple demo import zip is being downloaded under uploads folder (where all CACHE plugins store cache data) and then it inflates zip to setup all imported designs. If wpengine or whatever you're using doesn't allow it doesn't make the theme bad. I am curious to see whether you have also rated 1star for WP engine in trust pilot or similar review platform. You wanted refund and didn't share any details about your installation.
Some of the code had to be finalized with the help of support, some were independently adapted to work with the multilingual module, adaptation for mobile devices was also partially finalized. In general, a very nice design, but the functionality still needs to be improved for a perfect template. A very inconvenient setting of header options (if you choose one, then the other header options only interfere with the settings). As they wrote from the support - every hour of development by the developers costs money. I agree! Just ask yourself the same question - how much is an hour of work that finds your flaws. It also takes a lot of time and combinations to find errors. I wish you the best in future developments!

if your site is slow then you should check your hosting and follow our site optimization guide.
We see you have opened a ticket and wanted to change a phone number (which is part of body content) to be changed automatically on all pages! This is the screenshot https://prnt.sc/uba0rj . Please be realistic, which theme offers this type of option? Only header and footer is dynamic and customizable. Rest of the sections were developed in Wpbakery page builder. You can change phone number from theme options and that number would get reflected in header. For such custom requirement you should ask for custom development.
