When you use the latest version of the Apparatus theme and its plugin (The Apparatus Extensions), you need to register your site with a 9 digit ‘Activation token’ number. If you have already lost the token number, please contact the Support Team, and they will send you the activation token to register your site for Apparatus theme.

You tried the Apparatus theme from where? Looks like you are using a Nulled theme with malicious codes in it. We suggest using themes from ThemeForest only to avoid malicious codes.

You have listed that this theme is Gutenberg compatible. Does this mean that I am able to use Gutenberg blocks as an alternative to WP Bakery?

The theme is Gutenberg compatible. But, Gutenberg is not an alternative to WPBakery. The custom widgets/elements that are required to make a site like the Apparatus theme’s Live Demo, are made for the WPBakery page builder.

i am not able to install WPBakery Page Builder plugin. it says the version is outdated and the theme requires an updated version.

The bundled plugins can be updated to their latest versions from your wp-admin area. When you need to update the plugins to the latest versions, you just need to Deactivate and Delete the existing plugin and then in your wp-admin panel you will see a notification to install the plugin which you recently removed/deleted. Install and activate that, you are done. If you do not delete the existing plugin (WPBakery) from your wp-admin > plugins page, the updated version cannot be installed. So, first deactivate and delete the WPBakery plugin from your Plugins page and then install the plugin by clicking on the ‘begin installing plugin’ link you find in the notification.

We are planning to make the theme ‘Elementor’ compatible also, but we cannot give any ETA for this. Yes, of course you can insert your own logo from the powerful Theme-Options panel of Apparatus theme. Even you can use any ‘image’ or ‘text’ as your logo and set width, height, color etc as your needs. Take a look at the Logo Settings page of Apparatus theme.

Hello, I have it installed and imported, but when the index loads, it is very slow, I see that it connects to Fluenthemes.com, according to google that connection is the one that causes the problem of slow loading the page.

When you import the demo from FluentThemes.com, you import some image URLs from flientthemes.com as well. You won’t use those demo images on your live site, because the images are for demo purpose only (as mentioned in the theme details page). So when you edit the demo content to create your live site, those demo images will be removed/replaced by your own images and there won’t be any connections from fluentthemes.com. hello, i checked your demo and on mobile device, when you click on a menu item, mobile navigation stays open and don’t collapse as you expect. is this something done intentionally? cause i haven’t seen this behavior before

In mobile devices the menus stays collapsed/hidden until the hamburger menu button is clicked. One click will open the menus and another click on the hamburger button makes the menus collapsed again. This is the behavior of the mobile menu which is there from the beginning of the Apparatus theme.

thank you, i haven’t seen this behavior of the hamburger menu on any themes, therefore had to replace mobile menu with the different plugin
You wouldn’t need to use any plugin to replace the mobile menu. All you had to do is to contact the Support Team with your purchase code, and they would take care of this themselves.

Hello, I just purchased the apparatus theme and uploaded it to a word press hosting. It worked. Then I changed hosting to Name.com for usage of the cpanel. I reinstalled word press on the new hosting. I uploaded the file “Installable Wordpress file only.” Uploaded the Apparatus.zip to Cpanel Files under themes and the bundle plugin file js_composer.zip to plugins. I also purchased the WK-bakery and upload the codecayon file to plugins.
When I activated the theme, it was having problems with the Apparatus extensions and indicated update needed. I varied the them purchase code and download the file.
The problem is the extension are not being updated from 2.1.1to the 2.2 update. So I can’t use the time at all. How can this be fix this update issue?

The extension plugin (Apparatus Extensions) requires purchase verification to download. Once you verify your purchase code you get the download link of that plugin instantly. Then you just need to visit your ‘wp-admin > plugins > add new’ page and upload the newly downloaded plugin there to install it.
If you are still confused, please contact the Support Team and they will install the plugin themselves in your site.
