It’s not support, it’s simply not working out of the box. Look at my badge, I bought tons of stuff and not new here. I have never had such issue and clearly don’t understand that you are not recognizing that it’s not “support” it’s out of the box issue.

The one you mentioned as video background is actually a slideshow and we have checked, it works on mobile (the slideshow speed is slow, that might the reason you thinking it was not working).

Themeforest gave us your theme for free with a free license. But the theme version he gave us is 2.9. This version causes problems with woocommerce. I see that you fixed this problem in the new version. How can we get this update from you?
The file was free for a whole month and we fixed the problem inside that month. Unfortunately free file users are not eligible for updates, so you did not get the updated file.
Now we don’t see any way for you but to buy this theme. If you buy it, the theme worths it.

I installed your theme about a week ago. I can not get the mobile menu working. It isn’t visible until scroll and even then is off the right screen boundary which causes the the entire display to shift and be off-center. It’s not usable. Could you please suggest how I can resolve the problem? I’m at the tail end of a project and would hate to start over with another theme. Thank you.

Thank you for responding. I downloaded your theme from Envato Elements. If I recall, I think it was a free monthly download but I have had an active sub with them for years. I wouldn’t be opposed to a fee if I can get it working consistently. I am linking 2 screenshots that show the missing hamburger menu in one and in the other, you can see how the display has to shift offscreen and shift left. The mobile menu is on the right side “gutter”. Thank you kindly.

Just downloaded and installed. Can’t change key font styles in Elementor because a style sheet called “appart-gutenburg.css” overrides them, e.g. with this command: h2 {font-size: 1.95em !important;}
As it mentioned that download theme for free until 2nd April…i registered here and download the theme and then try to install it in my wordpress website but it failed and showing the message that “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed.”....what can be the issue…please tell me

This theme is fully RTL (right to left) supported, that means you can easily build an Arabic site using it. You ill have to set “Arabic” as the language inside your WordPress admin panel. Follow this step: Settings > General.

We have just checked the demos again and they import correctly. We don’t have a separate version for the free theme, so you are actually getting the paid version. Please try again or it might be for any of your server settings.

We have tested the demos and they are importing correctly. No other customer is claiming also claiming this.
Now the free version of the theme is not supported, so we cannot help you specifically. If you wish us to investigate by looking into your system you need to purchase the theme so that you can avail support.

Seems like this theme is out of date and support was promised months ago – So much have changed since 2019. I have just downloaded from Envato Elements but won’t use it.
We have prepared an update, we will release it in a couple of days.
We have released the new update – it is now updated with latest version of WordPress. You can re-download from Elements and consider using it.
