Badly bloated. Difficult to customize
I tried import the sample data but it done with some fail message and there is no "menu" i.e. one page Menu available at all. I am also not able to find . how to contact to get help on this. this is really a poor experience for a customer like me.

This is a well known issue with wordpress importer tool and will happen irrespective of which theme you use. You can always create menu items manually - which is what you would do anyway for your site post import since the items we have in place is just for demo purposes. We have replied to your forum post regarding this - pls consider revising your rating. Thank you.
Until working with Appdev theme or other themes created by livemesh, I have never encountered such kind customer support team before. I've used many other templates but their templates are the best for customizing especially using with child theme. I cannot appreciate enough their effort!

Do not use this theme. It has horrible security flaws and you will get hacked repeatedly. Used it for two separate sites and had to take both of them down because the security flaws are in required parts of the infrastructure.

Sorry to hear that you were having trouble with the theme. Strangely, we have not had security issues reported earlier for this theme.
We are certainly eager to fix the issues urgently any security issues reported by our users. Is it possible to provide us more details - if you have them? Meanwhile, I will take a closer look once again and do what is possible from my side to see where the issue could be. Thanks.
Great customer support... 5 stars on design too! The theme is great, I had issues installing the demo data and the site setup but LiveMesh has stuck through my tantrums and has been a tremendous help... I highly recommend him and his themes!

Keith - Thanks for your kind rating. Appreciate your patience. You actually helped us uncover couple of issues and we have submitted an update to fix them.
This theme uses Revolution slider plugin. I have to purchase an extra plugin in order to use this theme.

Sorry for the confusion. The Revolution slider is very much part of the theme and the file revslider.zip is located in the folder - Revolution-slider-setup-instructions and also in the /framework/plugins/ folder. Additionally when you activate the theme, a prompt shows up at the top urging you to install the revolution slider plugin bundled with the theme. You just need to follow the prompts to install and activate the plugin - requires no additional purchase.
You can see that revolution slider is listed as pre-packaged plugin in Appearance->Install Plugins page in WordPress Admin.
