Hi, we are having some weird issues with the update. Our child theme is still active but when updating the theme via your documentation the theme seems to be in conflict with the child theme. When I deactivate the child theme things seem to work properly.
Also note, revolution slider does not work anymore. All the system requirements are good and I even went to create a new simple slide but on preview it doesn’t even show on the revolution slider side of things.

Hi thanks for the reply, here is some info:

issue 1: revolution slider does not show, its own previewer does not show the preview (brand new made slide or old slide)
issue 2: when going to Appearance->Widgets we get an error page things we’ve tried: removing all plugins and just leaving slider revolution, still no go, I’ve embedded the sliders short code to the page and it shows nothing as well

Issue 2: when going to Appearance->Widgets WordPress 5.8 uses Widget Block. You can add New plugins, search ‘classic widgets’, install and active it. It will convert Widget Block to Widget classic. https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgetsissue 1: Please, deactivate, delete and install require revolution slider plugin again.

Thank you for the quick reply.
Issue 2 is now solved.
Issue 1 I have done what you recommended. Deactivated -> Deleted -> Installed again from Installed Plugins section where it recommended Revolution Slider packaged with the Theme to be installed. Once installed -> activated, the screenshots were exactly the same and I can report there have been no changes. The slides still show blank on preview from slider revolution or the homepage when I embed the shortcode. This happened with the slides on hand I’ve created or creating a brand new slide.
Please do let me know of other things to try, we also manage the web server so we can freely adjust any settings you may want to try.

The latest theme 3.3.1 seems to have lots of issue or bugs.
First and foremost, doesn’t seem to be compatible with WPML translation plugin.
Secondly, receive an email that the Widget section has got some technical issues.

Aqua is compatible with WPML translation plugin. For WordPress 5.8, Classic Widget will remove, replace Block Widget. So, you can use Widget sections. You can install Classical Widget and use it. For Widget issue, it is now resolved.
Only left the following issues:
1) Option Box is too short from WooCommerce when selecting different option of product.
2) Certain content could not be translated using WPML plugin. One example is the Homepage.

This is because there is a timeout limit on the web server, such as Apache. That timeout will override any PHP timeout. You may need to contact your host to see if they can increase that limit for you, typically that isn’t something users can change on a shared host setup… Some hosting doesn’t affect when you change the value via php.ini, .htaccess or wp-config file. So, please contact to support hosting.

Hi there, my support has expired however I believe what my problem is a problem with the theme. After upgrading my wordpress my Testimonials just stopped working. I have since tried to install them on other pages & they will not work. My testimonials are in the admin & do appear in the html when I inspect..If this is not a problem with the theme am happy to pay for support but the fact they just disappeared is strange. I have advised my clients to buy this theme, but I have not personally bought the themes, my clients did. That’s why I don’t have the purchase badge. I have just switch from HTTP to HTTPS and started receiving this error:

I cannot find a reference to this in the source code.
