Customer support is aweful!!! Templete doesn't work after installation and even put down my WordPress. I've written to support, but nobody reply! I don't recommend it to anybody!

The demo import option is not available while under themes option it says it is.

Doesn't even install properly. Never had a theme .zip file just not install. Theres also no way to contact support, and the help doc does not cover this issue. The whole reason for buying a theme is to cut down on work.
Wont ever buy themes from this author again.

The website presents some bugs especially in the layout part. The responsive is done badly, both from the phone and from the tablet, while the pc has no problem. I have written all the code by hand to have a decent vision. It also has some font bugs (some icons do not recognize them). In SHARE you can not even replace social icons and Pinterest's social icons are not even recognized (in fact, it's twitter). My evaluation is also bad because of customer service because I did not do anything for 6 months. I have never been able to solve problems that I was asking and were always very vague. If you do not pay, you will not receive ad hoc customer service. If I had the chance to make a refund I would have done it. For all the code I had to write so much I could create it entirely.
Aqua theme updated many great homepages. All is unique design.
Quick support and friendly. I recommend this theme.

This theme has major issues on mobile. Never rendered properly. Shopping cart only showing up i mobile and not desktop. Had to add that functionality. Major issues with basic pages rendering properly. Theme support sub-par. Contacted developer for support with screen grabs from several different mobile phones where drop down was not rendering and they told me was working. Send another email with several screen grabs for 4 different phones, no response. And they did not credit me for theme support after my request. Also on new update of theme, all the Woo Commerce files were old and had to be manually updated as they were out of date. On mobile menu: there is a duplicate binding to the click event with the similar code which toggles the menu. So, the “toggle” was called 2 times. In other words, 1st call opened the menu, and another one closed it so it did not work. Unless you have a developer who can fix a bunch of issues not including any woo commerce compatibility issues, do not use this theme. Lots of $$ to fix issues on this theme.
