I’m sorry to let you know that currently Arche does not support child theming. However you can add your custom styles using WordPess Admin > Arche > Styling > Custom Styling

Hi , is it normal that you cannot just install the theme for more 1 week with just the dummy data ? This should be ready to work when someone buys the theme.

you had a great theme but l have some problems. l need to translate this theme to turkish. but some of your segment dont have any edit.
for example when we add new projects its done we can write what we want but when we try to translate ” ALL PROJECTS ” it doesnt have any option. we need to translate or edit it.
and we have same problem for ” view more ” section . they can not have any option to translate.
? hope you can help me as soon as possible.

I have just installed the theme and doing my page layouts. I notice that all the column shortcodes are not aligned at the top. They look stepped. e,g. first 1/4 column is aligned at the top, next 1/4 column is about 2 paragraphs below it.

Yes, “show gallery in full screen” issue has been fixed.

Does your theme support ECOMMERCE eg Woocommerce??
This theme fits a job I have to a tee … except no mention of Woocommerce ..
Greetings! No this theme does not have WooCommerce support added to it. But you can use WooCommerce shortcodes in any theme including this.

Remember, you might need to make customization to the theme for aligning element design of WooCommerce with this product as its not built for WooCommerce by default.
I am very disappointed in this theme;.
Everytime I try to use a new feature of the theme (as I develop it) I find it is broken or otherwise not working correctly in ANY browser. I have been very patient in waiting for some answers to these [reported] issues, but after 2 MONTHS I have not gotten a single answer to a single posted problem – NOT ONE ANSWER.
I have tried to be helpful by sending the solutions that I have found, but I don’t even get a “thank you” in response from the developer. The CSS is not cross-browser ready so, if a feature works in IE it probably won’t in FF or vice-versa. Lots of jQuery errors on validation [LOTS!] – Try validating the demo??
When you configure the jQuery options in the backend, it saves your article text but not your links to other pages (stripped out every time you save). Other plugins (paid versions) I’ve used in other themes for years, don’t work at all with Arche (big problem). I have lost over 100 hours on this clients project resolving the errors in this theme myself because there is no support here.
If this was happening to you, how would you rate this theme?? Don’t say you weren’t warned if you buy this.

I’m not able to find any message from you here at themeforest.net item discussion section. Do you have opened a support ticket at our support system? If yes, would you please never mind sharing its ticket ID# so I can check it out.
Ticket originally posted on March 3rd, Ticket #172984 (after 4 weeks I resolved it myself, posted the solution to CrunchPress support along with a list of more broken items I discovered).
Be sure to read the whole ticket … If you really aren’t aware of these problems, then John Ailya shouldn’t be handling support tickets for anyone. And, if the theme is “done right” then why is it FULL of Woocommerce code, yet just above you state it isn’t compatible with Woocommerce? When I bought the theme in January, Woo was listed as compatible and the theme, and is clearly coded to integrate Woocommerce, but can’t without errors from jQuery.
I’ve spent many hours in the Arche source code so, I’m real sure about the amount of Woo code in the theme files.
Also, why are there never any updates posted for this theme here on ThemeForest? I get regular updates from all of the other authors I’ve bought from here.

As your question about WooCommerce, this theme does not support WooCommerce and it was never advertised as a WooCommerce theme. There is some unused code in our framework for WooCommerce which mislead you to the conclusion that its a WooCommerce theme.

I guess we are at an impasse. I don’t trust you to login to my server. Furthermore, I don’t need you to upload new files for me, I can do that myself thank you.
What I need is working fixed files. If you have “fixes” for the issues listed in my ticket, then update the theme files here, so I can use “BeyondCompare” to see what code is changed file-by-file and make sure it won’t break any of the 53 problems I have fixed so far myself.
THAT would make me happy.

I have one issue. In the mobile version of the site the header is not working properly – it steps over the slider and also the links in the top menu don’t work (e.g. email link).

CrunchPress Options save changes loading icon keeps rotating. Its not stopping and it kinda bothers my work flow. Dont know whether it has saved the changes or its still saving.
