Not happy at all with the support and the lack of care and feedback from the designer, had no help at all and been left with a website that has some technical faults on some of the sample demos.
I ask one question, why there is flickering on the main menu on my theme and have been told that it is my PC or browser causing the issues, well after using 3 different PC's in 3 different locations there is still flickering on the menu.
So I checked the actual demo on the themeforest website using 2 different PC's and there is flickering on some of the demos such as this one: https://themes.themegoods.com/architecturer/demo2/
I am not an expert and if I wrong then will happly delete my review. What has made me annoyed about this is the complete lack of replies to my questions on support ticket, just been left hung out to dry!
It should not matter what level of expertise the buyer is at, to my knowledge I am correct in my opinion and the whole point of support is to help solve a problem not just ingnore it.

It's very hard for us to fixes the issue which couldn't produces and there is not a single customer report on flickering menu as you mentioned so the issue might be related to your computer outdated browser or OS. You can check the comment section of the theme as well. There is not a single customer comment about the menu issue you mentioned. Thank you for your understanding.

Worst Portfolio Management – It is very static
They are just providing a static (like, page creation type portfolio creation), there is no module to manage the portfolio dynamically i.e. to create the categories and assign them to the portfolio, create a page or option to show only specific portfolio category, to show the feature image as a thumbnail. In short, you have to manage it manually on every page, i.e. to add a thumbnail, to add categories (they are using tags to allow only filters), and add the portfolio listing page items manually, for example, if you have to show case the projects of “Residential” category you have to add them one-by-one in the listing page, assign the category as text box manually, add the thumbnail manually etc.
On top of that support is very slow. I raised a ticket 7 days ago but there is no reply even after 7 days.

This was a great theme to customize - though it had some very minor bugs.

very disappointed... had some issues with the theme, opened an issue and they we not able to detect the issue, so, I had to find it myself. At the end, it was a compatibility issue that caused a 500 error... reported the issue, but support was not even able to reproduce it... nice theme, but, it you have issues, I wish you good luck

the portfolio section is not dynamic, it's a simple static page that you have to add/edit everytime, it's not a post type.
Design quality is very good. Also customer support is really nice.
