I have a problem. The “blog” layout only shows 1 category. I want to show more than one category on the blog page…

Normally, the blog page of the theme always shows posts of all categories. It works like that by default. Please make sure that you’re not using any third-party plugin limiting the category on the blog page.

Please be informed about this fatal error in your theme version 1.9.3:

PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function ot_get_option() in /*/wp-content/themes/sfh/includes/style-customizer/loader.php on line 76, referer: http://www.***.de/wp-admin/

Line 76 is: $raw_list = ot_get_option(‘uxbarn_to_setting_google_fonts_loader’);

Thank you for the bug report! We will patch it up with the ‘function_exists’ in the next version. Note that the function ‘ot_get_option()’ belongs to the OptionTree plugin.

For the workaround at the moment, please make sure that the required OptionTree plugin is always activated.

Thank you! The OptionTree plugin helped a lot.

How to fix map error

‘This page was unable to display a Google Maps element. Please contact the site administrator. If you are the administrator of this site, please check the JavaScript console or check the following page for troubleshooting: http://g.co/mapsJSApiErrors"

Google has updated its maps APIs. This will cause an error for map element on new domains as it now requires an API key for rendering the map. We are updating our themes allowing to enter your API key in Theme Options. It will be available very soon.

I tried update the theme and now everything looks broken, header menu disappeared and all front page columns structure broken :(

Hmm. It looks like some CSS or JS files have not been loaded properly. Please make sure that:

1. You have replaced every theme file with the latest version’s.

2. If you are using a child theme, try switching back to the parent theme and see if it helps.

3. Try clearing all the web and browser cache and test it again.

If nothing is working here, please head to https://uxbarn.ticksy.com/ and open a private ticket with the following details:

1. FTP info of your site (FTP address, username, password)

2. Site URL + login account
