constant failures, the wordpress platform full of errors, support request and indicate that the problem is with the hosting, I changed to a new hosting with all the recommended features and bugs remain the same. Other templates work without any problem

We are sorry to hear this however usually error 500 are related to the server. Do note that our themes do get strictly tested before they even can be released and that we could not locate any error on our testing installation. This is why there is a procedure when you report something like this.
