The template is quite nice, but the real plus is the quality of the support... a little slow because of the time difference, but effective and very professional... the explanations are clear and detailed.

This has been a great theme up until php 8 and the latest update. We have had to fix bugs in the Neuron core and also the Blog post url structure.
When trying to link to a /category or /tag if there is more than one post in the category or link, the correct page content doesn't load
Hoping that these will be addressed before the next update.

While the theme is beautiful and has lot of functionality options, the best part about this theme is the service. They're amazing. I have made dozens of websites for my clients on Wordpress but no one has given me this kind of a service and support.

The template is very nice and functional, but unfortunately the site has stopped working several times because of the Elementor plugin - wordpress does not see it, it is not among the plugins, even though it is in the wp-content / plugins file. Every time I have to remove the plugin via ftp and reinstall it. This is quite annoying. It probably has to do with wordpress updates (but I'm not entirely sure).

I love the theme and customer support! They help me a lot since I bought the theme and always answer very quickly. Thanks a lot for growing up my business with you!
