Ho provato in tutti i modi possibili, arrivando alla importazione manuale, ma i widget non me li carica. Ho anche personalizzato il file php.ini, ma l’importazione mi da errore.

ho seguito passo passo la procedura, ma i contenuti del tema non si caricano completamente.
Sono 3 ore che le rotelle dell’importazione girano, ma il sito online non si carica correttamente, e neppure nel backend, rendendomi quindi poi impossibile personalizzarlo. A questo link trovi gli screenshot delle schermate delle impostazioni di PHP, del backend incompleto, del tentatvio fallito di caricare content.xml tramite l’import di WP e dell’import data del tema ormai così da ore.
Quale è il problema????

After installing the theme, plugins and demo content. I still have no fields avaliable at Theme Settings. Looks like this was not imported from the demo content.
Because of this I cannot change the primar-color ect. Can you please tell me what groups/fields I need to add or send me a db file or something.

Yes, thank you. I tried to delete the previous comment. But I also contacted you directly through messaging, and was not replied to. I see your very helpful Comment in regards to making corrections to alignment issues and icons under “Services”. As you have mentioned these things can be corrected through Customizer. Of Course this is the first thing that I did. Because thats how you customize anything in WP. Can you please be more descriptive? I have been through Customizer and I cannot find any place where I can for example: Make corrections the services ICONs that are presented in the demo. These icons will not populate for me and I am unable to find the location by which they might be re-named, of an individual icon can be selected. Thank you for taking the time to provide a thorough explanation, it is sincerely appreciated.

Hello, I purchased the Arkit theme. I started with a fresh word press install, and then followed the documentation to install the theme and import the demo content. There are several major problems with the site functionality that I have not been able to fix. Entire content sections are gone. The Icons are gone. java interactions are broke. I am using the plugin Elementor for some of the customization. I am having issues with the pages within the theme when I am on a page that was designed with Elementor. When I am on a page that is designed with elementor like “Message from CEO” and I am accessing a theme page like “About Us” from the main menu it is taking me to a completely different page format that is created for the “About Us” in the Appearance- Customize section. I’m not taken to the about page that was designed (not using elementor). Do you know if this is something within the code? I have tried everything to fix this.

I am wanting to add a few more pages to this them. I choose Elementor to create these pages. When you go to the page made with Elementor then click on the main menu to access another page it doesn’t take me to the anchor of that page it takes me to pages that I didn’t create. I am not sure of any other way to explain it. I am wanting to be able to access a page/anchor from any page that I am on by clicking that title in the main menu. Right now that is not what is happening. I am directed to pages that do not exist.

This is strange. “Arkit Customization” is not a plugin to activate. The Theme’s plugin is “Arkit Core”. Please, be sure to have installed the correct plugin.

If you have imported the demo content and installed the plugins you should see the Theme Settings in your WordPress Admin Panel. The button links and the icons are editable from the Customizer.
