they dont give the support, the template are crashing and they dont aswer the emais or suport ticket

I saw that you're not happy with our support because of no response for 2 weeks.
but we replied on the same day Mar-08 at 10:26 AM GMT + 7.
We replied to also your new ticket support. Please check your mail. Last chat was we need to check that from your site.
