This theme is definitely loaded with bugs!!! I had 2 pages not loading and now it’s my whole HOMEPAGE appearing BLANK! And I have made all updates required! What the hell is happening?

If you can log in to wp-admin now, please deactivate all plugins and then reactivate the theme to see if the problem still exists. If you can’t log in to wp-admin, please log in to FTP and change the names of all plugin folders (wp-content/plugins).

when i import a page not all of the content is dsiplayed on page but in builder i see what i changed? how can i make the theme look exactly like the demo, its multiple pages with not all content displayed but i can see in editor

Thank you for purchasing our theme. Sorry for the trouble. It should be a bug on the demo site. There is currently no option to customize the cursor-follower’s color, but you can do it through CSS [Appearance > Customize: Additional CSS ]

I recently updated the theme from v3.11.8 to v3.12.2.1, and at my surprise “Import Demo”, “System status” and “ux-portfolio-slug” menus are all blank when trying to access them. “Theme options”, “Help” and “About” all are accessible.

If your website is not WordPress, you need to recreate all the pages. If you want to create a Gallery of the same style, our theme does not have a Gallery module of this style. If you know through what plugin it was created, please tell me. I can try to test it and reply to you again.

First of all thanks for your quick answer. Yeah it’s not a website with WordPress, it was create with Format. I can’t tell at all with what pluging (if so) it was created. I don’t mind if it’s not exactky the same, what I am looking for, it’s just to showcase picture after pictures and not seeing mosaique stuff or something similar.

Bought this theme and I’m really happy with it, I only have one problem:
In the theme settings I have set the footer to display the copyright information. But it doesn’t show the current copyright but the one from a year ago. I changed it to match the current year and saved but it still shows 2023. If I change the footer setting to menu, a menu gets displayed so it has to be a problem with the setting to set the copyright text.
