Thank you for using our item. It is possible to make a manual installationn of the widgets importer and exporter plugin using the Plugins admin dashboard in your WordPress installation. This plugin is not required in order the theme works, it is only used for the matter of importing demo widgets. Hi I just bought your Artcore theme and I was following the installation instructions when I encountered a problem. Wordpress is failing to install the recommended plugin “Widgets Importer/Exporter” and when I search for it manually on www.wordpress.org, I cannot find it. However there is a “Widget Importer & Exporter – https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/ ”. I installed that but it is expecting a file with ”.wie” extension.
Can you please provide the download URL for your recommended plugin. ?

Regarding your question the widget ‘Widget Importer/Exporter’ is used only for the purpose of installing demo widgets it is not crucial for the proper Artcore functionality. The plugin you found is the same of the one bundled with theme. In your cause once you have installed it you can proceed with the manual steps to install the theme demo data, the .wie extension is the correct format for demo widgets accepted by the plugin. After loading the demo content, Homepage 01 does not look the same as on the Live Preview. All the sections below the slider are missing except for the footer. How can I remedy this?

Thank you for using our item. Regarding your question it is possible to build your project page using the Portfolio Block instead of using the pre made projects templates, this way it is possible to filter which category will appear in your custom project page. Fort that, proceed this way:
A – In your WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance > Page Builder
B – Add a new page template and drag the Portfolio Block your new created page
C – Choose which category you want to show
D – In your Pages admin menu add a new page and choose your page template created in the step above.

Thank you for updating it. In the current version of Artcore you don’t have such option however it is possible to create a separate page with your slider and link it in the description of your project in the Single Project Page. Hope it helps, have a nice day.
i want to create multiple 4 column portfolio pages with filtering categories. Each 4 column portfolio page will contain different filtering category portfolios. i.e. for A category portfolio individual 4 column portfolio template with its sub category filtering option. Same way way for ‘B’ ‘C’ etc…

Thank you for updating. In the current implementation there’s no option to make different portfolio pages with children multicategories since it is rare a scenary where this would be required. One way of doing that could be extending the current portfolio block for the Page Builder and adding some way of choosing individual categories for each block, this is possible with some code knowledge. I have created one new page with page builder and added portfolio from page builder and i selected only one portfolio category to show for this page for e.g. only ‘A’ category page portfolio to show (selected from page builder portfolio category drop down) then only it is showing all portfolios with all category…why it is so?
