I love this theme – but for some reason it will not display the letter combination “st” so words appear misspelled.

Regarding your question this seems to be related to a bug with this google font with italic style, in order to fix it proceed this way: Login in your WordPress Dashboard and go to Appearance > Customize > Custom Code Integration > Custom CSS and paste this snippet of code:

Thank you for using our item. Regarding your question, do you need to hide just the % sign or the number with the sign? Usually you get a blank mobile menu when you have inconsistencies in your Section Start and Section End blocks. Make sure all the settings in these blocks matches for example if you have a Section Start block with a Standard layout then you should have a Section End block with a standard layout too. Does this theme not support multi-layered menus? When I add a third tier to a menu the items start appearing on top of each other!

Regarding your question go to Appearance > Page Builder and make sure your Section Start and Section End wrapper blocks have the same settings for your pages templates, for example if you have a Section Start with standard layout your Section End block should have this same settings otherwise the page builder will put extra markup and this way make your mobile menu appear blank. Hi Esmet, maybe I’m overlooking this but I’m not able to find out using the documentation how I can use two columns within a page made with the page builder. Is this only supported within the project pages?

Regarding your question it is possible to use columns settings for some blocks for example the Services block, it is possible to choose how many columns you want to show for the services. For other type of content for example some custom HTML content you can use a regular Text block and drag its borders to define the columns layout, this same feature of draging borders is also available to Team and other blocks, make some experimentation and let me know if it solves your question. Hi Esmet, is it possible to show only 2 ‘services’ in this theme? From the live preview it seems 3 services is the minimum.

Page builder might be lightweigt but is totally unfunctional. How do I introduce html code in a text block with WYSIWYG??? I have to open a separate page, put my text there then go to text copy and paste…. very bad.
And how do you put content in blocks?
I prefer visual composer. one million times better for non-coders.
Don’t like it at all.
If I would have known this theme comes with this unfunctional page builder I would not have bought it.

1 – Regarding our Page Builder choice:
We’ve chosen to use this Page Builder due it’s simplicity of use and for its lightweight nature, we stated we didn’t need a complex page builder like Visual Composer for a simple and clean project such as Artcore. We understand your preference for Visual Composer and we plan to include it in future theme updates.
2 – Using Text Block to include HTML code.
The page builder has an widget like interface with widget like blocks. The same way you use regular WordPress text widget to place custom HTML content you can use the Text Block for the page builder, it will work the same way, using this kind of content block allows you to place any content you like since you know what you are doing and how to do that.
3 – On how to put content in blocks
Every block has it own settings, for example we say you need to place a list of services, in the Service Block you will find fields to place your icons, title, service description, read more label and url. Also remember you have special blocks to create your sections be it with standard layout, full width layou and even parallax section. We strongly believe this workflow offers the same vantages of complex page builders with the bonus of its easy to use, as we said just drag your Section Start and Section End wrappers block, then place your desired content block between the wrappers, enter your custom settings and you will be ready. Give it a try and you will see by yourself how easy and flexible it is.
4 – Images count for Portfolio single pages.
This decision was based on the HTML version of our project, of course you can alter this with simple customizations (open a ticket in our support forum) and this is the reason we offer complete and personal assistance, we have no intention to leave our customers alone and stuck. In every sale we build a relationship where we are always happy to provide personal assistance and this way help our dear customers as you to achieve their goals and build their website as they intend. Thank you for getting in touch. Please make sure the settings for your section start and section end blocks are the same. For example if you have a section start block with a standard layout your section section end block should have the standard layout too, the same applies for parallax and full width layout.
When you have inconsistence in settings your block will throw extra markup in your page and this way you would get a blank off canvas mobile menu. Don’t forget you can always ask for detailed instructions in our Support Forum providing your website url. Let me know if it helps. Have a nice day.

Regarding your question it is possible to build anything you want, since you have enough knowledge to make that, Artcore offers by default a lightweight pagebuilder which offers to ability to build one page websites too, however the site you showed has some elements which need some sort of customization in order to achieve the same look with Artcore. Seems to happen when adding a CLEAR block

Thank you for your feedback. After a little inspection we discovered the Clear block has little bug in the constructor call which we have fixed right now. In order to fix it open your theme folder and go to framework/includes/page-builder/blocks and open the file ptf-clear-block.php change the constructor call on the line 21 to:
parent::__construct('PTF_Clear_Block', $block_options);

Regarding your question we don’t provide official support for WooCommerce in the current version, however some users are using the theme with the WooCommerce plugin without any issue but please bear in mind some CSS styling would be need in order to integrate the WooCommerce plugin with theme appearance. Hi I really need to be able to add slideshows of the projects showing specific images (or project categories) on a page by page basis. It is COMPLETELY restricted with what we can do with this theme and the template builder.. if I use a separate gallery plugin would a short code work fine adding it within a text block in the template builder? I really wish you had have given the project section more thought as it is VERY limited.

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding your question we have already implemented the feature to add portfolio block by specific categories or show all the categories on page by page basis. Also it is worth to mention the Text Box block supports all regular WordPress shortcodes, so if you have a plugin you need to insert some content the Text Box block is the best approach. The new release of Artcore will be approved soon, but if you need some urgency please refer to our Support Forum and we will be more than glad to provide you with a copy and instructions about this update. If you need just the new functionality for Portfolio Block you can just replace your page-builder folder located in your_theme_folder/framework/includes directory with the updated one from your downloaded package. We always recommended to update all the files, this can be easily done through FTP using a client software such as Filezilla. Hope it helps. Have a nice day.

Thank you for sharing your solution here. Another point it worth to mention is to make sure to upload a logo using the recommended theme logo size which is: width = 394 and height = 74 as it is stated in the logo settings from the WordPress Customize. As last resource you can always alter logo size using Custom CSS code as you did above. Have a nice day.
