You can only dream about getting the theme that you have seen on themeforest. No chance to get the theme setup like in the demo. Navigation, widgets, demo data, documentation - it's just pure mess and chaos and most parts from the demo site are missing. very frustrating

Fantastic theme and great customer support :)
wanted to change the view in woocommerce from 1 product to 2 products. Support didnt want to help me - so, I searched in google and found a basic code, which did the job.
Really poor. For what I am paying the fee for support?
Design and quality of the theme is beside of that okay
After 2 years and half using Artday, I'm still very happy with it and the way the support reacts everytime I need it.

Looks good, functions OK, but not very customizable and includes outdated elements (e.g. FontAwesome 4.x), limited documentation, and questionable responsiveness. I guess it was first developed in 2016, be warned.

The site is flexible enough and provided a good foundation. Documentation is terrible, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. But you can find most answers on the support forum. And if not, tech support gets back to you in a timely manner. Would recommend.
Splendid heme and customer support, very polite and professional, seriously knowledgable on every subject concerning the theme and general development. I would recommend this theme to everyone looking for an e-commerce theme out there. Great job!!! and keep it up

Excellent theme, flexible and efficiently designed. And also, very good and fast customer support. Very satisfied.
The first time I asked for help it was, in my opinion rudely dealt with, all I wanted to do was to remove the ARTDAY name from the site, I was told to read the documentation which is minimal and didn't address the initial problem. I now see that my admin email is pending approval? I will probably change over to a new website that has responsive support.

The theme is very well built but the outstanding point of this theme is the support and their willingness to make things happen. I had some issues to configure it and I've received fast and accurate support. Thank you so much
Nice theme - clean and uncluttered. Easy to work with. Customer support is responsive, patient and through. I would certainly purchase ArtDay, or another theme from Woss Themes, again.
This theme is amazing! It looks really professional and polished. Customer service is great as well; they usually answer within 24h. I highly recommend Artday!
