I recently bought theme Artmag and after activating Ive got global error thought whole web and can’t even acces to admin. To access to admin I need to remove theme files from FTP.

Hi. I have these dots/markers on my website which clash with the social icons on every-page apart from the home page. Not sure why these are showing up. Also, the footer widgets available, do not show in my footer on any pages. Need help please

FYI I noticed that on my other site that uses this theme, that the php was only at 7.4 and not 8.1 as the site that has a problem and it breaks the theme. I downgraded to 7.4 and it appears to be loading now again. So the theme has a problem with php 8.1 and possibly anything higher than 7.4.

Hi, while I didn’t have a problem before with this item, when I try to either activate or do a live preview for the theme, I get the following error message:

Dreamhost said it might be because of WP Bakery but I removed that and it didn’t change the outcome and they just released an update and I was able to update that plug-in successfully. WP Bakery is also fully licensed so I know that is not the issue. Nothing has changed with my website, so I do not know what the issue is.

Hi, Although I have updated the ArtMag to 1.9 the child is still 1.0 and I continue to get the following error. Also the latest WP Bakery seems to have a problem and will not update. Does this have anything to do with this?

Some of the links on your demo lead to spam sites that redirect to other spam sites. Pretty sure it’s malware on your theme, because it’s happened multiple times with Artmag, but it hasn’t happened with any of the other hundreds of themes I’ve looked at in the past week.

I’m having a problem with the template. I’m using the template on www.auroraeco.com.br/blog

Google Ads blocked my entire domain (auroraeco.com.br) because of a malware on the webite. According to Google Support the issue is being caused by the following link in the code “https://www.2035themes.com/artmag/wp-content/themes/artmag/images/pattern.png”

I’ve used the WP pluging String Locator to locate and remove whereever this string appeared. But Google is still detecting this url. By inspecting the pages I’ve found the following (what might be still causing this issue)

Can you please let me know how I can activate the copy of Visual Composer in this theme? It’s asking me to login to WP Bakery but I have not registered there as far as I can recall. I got Visual Composer when I purchased the theme, but because the copy is not activated, I am not able to update it. Kindly point me to a resource or link from where I can read up on how to activate the license.
