Hi, How can I request a refund?
I “inherited” a site running an outdated version of Asra. I implemented Woocommerce and have run into serious styling issues that look like they are related to the themes bootstrap code (v4.1.3 is bundled but the latest version is v5.1.3).
I purchased the latest version of the parent theme assuming it would have been updated and would resolve the issue but it hasn’t done so. If I can’t use this theme with Woocommerce out of the box I’ll need to buy another template that works with the most common e-commerce Wordpress plugin.

It’s a simple thing to update your theme to the latest version of bootstrap and that would fix the issue. If you refuse to refund me can you at least release a patch for your theme? When last was it updated?
We are acting accordingly to the market refund policy.
It’s not a simple thing to update from Bootstrap 4 to Bootstrap 5 and we are not planning to do that, as this is not a necessity for a WordPress theme. The latest theme update was on 29 Nov 2021 and is available for download.
Hello, I have encountered such a problem. When I log in to the background and then open the website, I can see the sider video and ninja form on the homepage, but when I log out of the background, I can’t see it anymore.

I tried this and also tried using default ninja form and also recreating the page from your theme templates, but none of this worked.

Hi Thnak you but i have sorted it now. Just for your reference the form in theme does not load if you add a date field so i done a work around using a text field instead. I think its something to do with JS and pickaday, but thought i would share incase anyone else has issue. But i do need to raise something else your site says that the yptodate theme is compatible with WP 5.6 but when you upgarde to 5.6 your Home page B doesn’t load full screen only if you F5 refresh you get full screen if you click your home page link you pic is only half displayed this has happened since upgrading to WP 5.6 i rolled back and it was fine my hosting autoupdated and its not loading properly again. I send send screen shot or if this is a known issue please share fix?

Hi further investigation shows that WPBakery plugin has not been updated and version 6.5 is what is compatible with WP 5.6 do the installed plugins in theme not get updated?

As mentioned above by someone else you need to update the version to 1.1.2 in the CSS file so users know which version they have installed. I reinstalled it again as it said 1.1.1 only to find out it was the same files.
Anyways, in my recent update I have found a conflict with my form plugin (NINJA FORMS) that was working with your previous theme version for years. It is just not loading and in the Firebug code it says “Notice: JavaScript is required for this content.” where the form is supposed to be.
I deactivated ALL plugins except the Ninja Forms. Then I activated the default 2021 theme and voila the form loaded properly.
I do not have support left but I feel like this is a theme bug and since the forms worked seamlessly with previous versions of your site, I think that this should be fixed ASAP!
If I could write you with screenshots, link and possibly login so you can go test for yourself that would be amazing.

I downloaded this theme when it was free.
There’s a lot of errors, for example:
Deprecated: Function create_function() is deprecated in /www/wp-content/plugins/wphunters-asra-cpts/wphunters-asra-cpts.php on line 44 Demo content doesn’t load properly, styles and scripts also doesn’t load.

On desktop all my images are sharp but on mobile they are blury if you hold mobile portrait and then if you turn phone landscape its sharp and then when you turn your mobile back to portrait the images are sharpe. This seems to be issue with theme can you please fix?
Also just to add the same thing happens on your sample site so you may want to sort this issue quickly as it may put off client purchasing.

Hi Thanks for reply. I just realised i wasn’t clear on where this is happening. Its the home page B style. its the images in intro slider. and its on Adroid and Iphone as i have got other people to try it as well. Hope this helps

Its ok now i have installed and updated. The fix works fine on my staging site, and its definitely in the update but the version shows 1.1.1 rather than 1.1.2

I noticed that it has spontaneously stopped working so I did a theme update and it still doesn’t work. Please advise. I don’t have support left, however, I feel like this is a bug.

This is not a bug.
Because of the Instagram API Policy we can’t get the posts from instagram with @username, to fix this problem, we have added a new Manual Instagram Widget.
What does it mean? You need to update the theme to the latest version, then you will see the new widget which allows to upload images manually and insert link to the instagram account.
We know that this solution is not the best one, because it’s not automatic, but it’s a temporary solution until we will find an automatic solution that will work smoothly.

Ya! That’s a terrible solution. I use themes that have the API integrated and you connect it easily.

Hi guys, first off all thank you for all the fast respond! I got few more question, regarding viewing in mobile. The portfolio page A for an example. When viewing in mobile you don’t have the ability to hover over a portfolio to bring up the tittle page. You are stuck with an image, with no description, but as soon as u click at one portfolio. The description of the tittle would come out and immediately take you to that gallery.
Is there a way I could get the same implementation as the home page A where you will get to click on the name and a picture will appear and click it again to go to the link we provided.
I don’t know if I explain it best. I hope you guys get what I’m trying to say.

There are many factors that affect website speed, quick tips would be: choose best hosting provider, reduce image sizes, minify JS and CSS files, use advanced caching mechanisms with a caching plugin, use a CDN, enable GZIP compression, Cleanup WordPress database, Deactivate or uninstall plugins that you are not using, Keep external scripts to a minimum, Disable ping-backs and trackbacks.

I have the same score as you, and as I said to you everything was really fast. But since some days fore no reason, your image section made with WPBakery is really really slow and this for all my pages. So there is no way that you can help me ?
If you have downloaded the theme for free, you do not have the latest version of the theme. This can be the problem.
How come that I have only 16 points on Google Page Speed and on your demo you have 88 ? I have a lot of server questions and that is why my mark is so low.

How can I make menu on mobile working – in your demo when I click blog I’m going to blog page when I open your demo page on mobile and click blog the only thing I get is submenu open.
There was a mistake on our demo, there should not be any link on Blog, just subitems links. But Blog A: https://demo.wphunters.com/asra/category/blog-a/ has the same layout.
It seems to me that this is not a mistake in the demo but in the functionality of the menu which is clickable in the desktop and only show the submenu in the mobile version.
For the menu item that has subitems, it’s not supposed to have the menu item work as a link.

So I still have not had anyone look at my tickets its now been 9 days. This really isn’t great especially when i can’t publish my website with these bugs.
Can someone actually look at my tickets its been far too long.
Its a photography theme but your Photo Grids present the images blury and another photo grid crops the images. The blury images I have raised before and it was fixed for photo grid but all your grids on the different galleries make the images blury even though they are very sharp and have been uploaded with excellent resolution. Please fix all grids not just the one I raised in previous ticket.

Just to clarify the situation here. The described bugs appears only under certain conditions (e.g. when photos being upload with non-standard aspect ratio or the image size is a smaller than its desired place on a page).
We’re working for a fix on this (will be available to download in a few days) but most likely the majority of customers was not affected.
