Could not Install getting error
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Could not open Support box also due to error there also.

As you were installing the HTML version at the place of WordPress theme. If you want to install an HTML Template, you just have to upload the zip folder and extract it, it will get installed and if you are still facing the issues, can you please raise a ticket here: https://support.motothemes.net/ Our technical experts are here to help you with this.
