Does this theme seem to no longer have support? last update December 2022 and the theme has problems with the new versions of woocommerce and wordpress…
Hello, I get a 404 error when going to Item support. But can follow a link on the 404 page to Support Request and setup an account. On registration I don’t get a follow up email with password. Do a password reset request which I do receive. Login and then open a support request and… the Purchase Code isn’t recognised. All very chaotic in terms of first impressions.
Firstly – how can we resolve the purchase code issue?
Secondly – the problem for which I need support:
Variable Product Attributes. Have setup attributes in a specific order – both in the Products > Attributes section and on the specific product page. The order is important as the variable is ascending size and ascending price. Display on the product page does not match the order I should have. How do I fix this?

Your theme (Atelier Child Theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.
These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
Inactive developer, theme no longer updated it seems. In January my site went down when I updated plugins. Since January I’ve messaged the theme developer several times and submitted support requests on the support website. No response at all. So I can’t update essential function, financial, security and core Woocommerce plugins, despite paying for support. I submitted a ticket to Envato today, but it seems others have done it before me with no action taken on their part. I’m still on Woocommerce 7.3.0, which is no longer supported. But I don’t dare update to 7.6.0 in case the site crashes or function stop working (someone on here said there were no shipping options for customers when they updated to 7.4.0).

Please be careful indeed, after an update to Woocommerce 7.5.0 my site had undefined shipping error and there were simply no shipping options available for my customers. All this because of outdated template files and a lack of updates to theme. A great theme but they simply don’t care about frequent updates anymore. Fingers crossed that this would change tho.
The developers have failed to keep this theme updated and so now it DOES NOT WORK with woocommerce as the template files are out of date. I paid for extended support and am still being ignored. Like others mentioned below, I have tried numerous times to contact the developers via all channels and they are completely ignoring messages. This is a nightmare for me and I am today about to lose one of my biggest clients that are fed up with their site not working that uses this theme. This is a disgraceful service.
Does anyone know where the Atelier theme saves it’s menu settings? Can’t find it in wp_posts table. What should I search for in the database?
Ive updated to PHP 8.1. Site is now getting an error

Has anybody gotten any answers from the developers??!? I’ve reported this to envato few months ago and they decided they’re still active. Does anybody have any version of this theme after june 2021? Because even though it states the last change log is from december when download the theme is from june 2021!

I just had some messaging with my server and it looks like I am going to have to look for a new theme if Atelier doesn’t do the upgrades needed to keep things running smoothly. I have a huge site and a lot of the content is inside their builder so it’s going to be a nightmare to get everything back together again. I am wondering what others of you have done if you have moved to another theme. Is there another one that is compatible to Atelier? Would love some links to look at…
Today the WooCommerce Quickview plugin crashed my site because Atelier’s WooCommerce files are out of date. Very frustrating….
Now one of the slider plugins quit working….
Hello Swiftideas team, what has happened to support? Emails are not being answered even after updating support. If there is no support there shouldn’t be an option to purchase it, or themes. I’ve been very happy with this theme for more than 3 years but if support is gone, updates are gone.. its time to find a new one.. don’t want to, so hoping its just a temp condition.

“We have a problem with the theme conflicting with the plugin “Booking and appointment”, we have troubleshooted and can only conclude that the theme is the issue, there is no way of adding a product to cart or choose date in the calendar. I saw that some people had a problem with adding to cart, and that Ajax add to cart was the issue, we tried activating that again, and it did nothing. Can you please help us with this?“
Hi! We have a huge issue with the Swift Framework which is not working on the child theme. Also, there are a lot of Woocommerce files that are out of date too, so we are having some troubles with the emails sent from woocommerce. Can you please help somehow because your support page is not existing and I wrote to some email addresses I found on your website?
