Customer support is really poor, had a request open for over a week as the page builder is not working. Still haven't addressed or fixed the issue, not interested in my problem, have to chase them up everyday and still waiting for a reply. It's a shame because it's one of my favourite themes but it is disappointing when you extend support for $35 to try and get fixed one of their bugs.

Even if the Theme is a high quality product, I wanted to evaluate assistance, as many questions and issues can occur while building a site, and even the best products ever can be unuseful if problems cannot be solved. I wanted to thank the producers because their assistance has been available for the whole period, and help is just as it should be, helpful! Without having to beg for it. I'll probably renew assistance in future.
