Great theme, kind of an all around go to theme for multiple website styles. Customer support quality has waned over the years though. The 'Directory' feature is pretty much non-existent, we got it working once but haven't been able to get it up and running since. Rather disappointing. It's a bit outdated but seriously, if your looking for an all around theme Atelier works great!

for Bugs

A production site is a most valuable tool for online sellers. To have invested all the time and efforts to develop it basing on a theme that fails to update properly and whose site is full of bugs themselves even when logging in is extremely distressful. Bugs in this theme is getting so serious that we have to put down all our other important work to quickly develop the site again. Choose your theme carefully to avoid the agonies we have to go through.

for Code Quality

There is a option of "slider revolution". I found the folder in donwload, but "the PHP code and integrated HTML are licensed under the General Public License (GPL). You will find a copy of the GPL in the same directory as this text file." There is no licence for what. I didnt found any code for it.

Recently, the theme receives updates over long periods of time. (The last official update was 12/2020).
Which sometimes causes the theme to be left behind.
I hope the development team will take care of that and update the theme officially more oftem.

No support. I've been waiting for an answer for a week already.
Some theme extensions not updated...
Theme supposedly translated, but not in full...
Theme really messy.
Need to buy other extensions to have what is proposed in the demo theme.

Apologies for the delay in reply - your request isn't technically a support request, but more in regards to customization which isn't part of the support scope, though we will happily assist in this instance.

Theme extension updates are always provided OTA - and available to update through your dashboard. If we have missed one please let us know.

I bought this theme a while ago. Never got a chance to use it until today, but it just won't upload onto Wordpress. I keep seeing an error. I can see it has a terrible rating from other reviewers. What a disappointment

This theme has huge problems with speed. It's forum is full of tickets and the support always tried to blame shared hosting for that. However, that's not true. I have several other websites with different themes and none has such bad speed performance as this one. I will now have to rebuild my website with another theme to solve this HUGE SPEED PROBLEM!

for Design Quality

Used to be a really good theme, now updates come less frequently, as they focus on other themes I guess? Same happened with their other theme Cardinal. They just kinda move on... Nearly every wordpress update now makes their builder / meta options a mess. Support used to have a large forum which was really handy to look through for solutions - now you have to contact them directly and wait - and these solutions aren't public anymore.

Purchasing additional support is not a simple process.

I found myself needing support for the Aterlier theme.... My original support had expired so I purchased an additional 6 months.

I receive the invoice but it contained no licence.

In my purchase history, no record is present of my recent purchase. I try the original licence code but it is thrown out with a message that makes no sense: "Purchase code is already registered by another user." That user is me!

It is a good theme but organising support could be better.

Please don't buy this trash, the theme is barely updated often and technical support is none existent. Even their main website is trash and broken when you try to go on there asking for support. I sent them a support request 3 months ago during this COVID-19 crisis and still have yet to hear back from them regarding that. I had to consult with my mentor to fix the issue so thanks for nothing. I just sent another request for something else today so who knows if I will even get a response. Hopefully this comment will get their attention.

Aside from those issues, the code base itself is a nightmare if you want to do your own customization and disable stuff. Steer clear.

The theme is updated when necessary, and we actually have a new update prepped for release in the next few days.

Apologies that you don't feel you've had a great experience, but rather than bash the theme in frustration, just reach out - you can see we are always replying to item comments and providing support on a daily basis.

The page builder sucks. You even need to make sections in another Custom Post Type. Stop using shortcodes for everything!
