Hello, according to the theme description it should support 500+ google fonts. But the documentation do not mention where to change the font type globally or especially for menu/text/button. Could you please tell us where to change the google font type ? and if we have a special font where to upload it ?

I updated the theme to the package 3.8.4 and added this code to a php inserter :

But it does not change the font.
Where else should I insert this code ?

I have installed latest update v3.8.3 (09.11.2022) Everything seems to work except Single Event Page is not displaying an event. After trying a few things, it looks like the problem is with single-ajde_events.php file. If I delete this file I can get the event displayed, but without any formatting.

Hi, the theme is not compatible with the new WooCommerce 5.8. I get info ““Your theme (Athlete) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.” Could you please tell us when can we expect an update?

Sort of regretting purchasing this Theme. It is beautiful, but it is outdated and certain WooCommerce functions are not functioning due to the template files being out of date. I contacted the Developer through their Support Ticketing System 12 days ago and have yet to receive a reply. I was simply asking them if they have an ETA on when they’d be releasing an update for the theme.
My last Ticket Update was literally me saying, “Hello??” and still no reply from them to my ticket.
I’ve sunk a ton of time building my new business website on this theme, and now I’m getting to a point where I think I’m going to have to switch to another theme that is regularly updated, or at least a theme where Support actually responds to inquiries in a timely manner.
I’m also getting quite a few PHP Errors with WP_DEBUG enabled for this theme. I’ve fixed many of them myself, but some are missing dependencies and deprecated functions within the theme itself that I have no idea how to fix. My main issue is certain Checkout Page elements simply do nothing now… as in clicking on them does nothing. Coupon Code, View Cart button, etc. PHP dependency errors calling on some non-existent WooCommerce Payments CSS file. Whooo knowwws? A response from Support would have been nice within a 12 day period… it’s going on 2 weeks.

I always have to manually update the composer plugin. Been this way for years. And I am always told to “contact support”. And they always assure me it will work once I get the latest update… and it never does. This has been an issue from day one. And continues to be so. And the funny thing is, they keep sending me back to support.

I have upgraded my support package over two weeks ago just to answer a simple question I had about images displaying incorrectly in the theme and although I have sent countless help request through the dedicated support portal and also tried to contact the developer direct, over two weeks later I have not even had an acknowledgment from anyone that even the support ticket was being reviewed! The way you treat your customers is absolutely terrible and if I don’t get a reply to my ticket soon I will have no option but to write to envato and request a full refund!! I will update this thread if I don’t get a reply in the next day or so that other customers don’t fall into the same support upgrade trap that I did! So keep your eyes out for the update! I will also be going to trust pilot next to warn others too!
I have purchased and downloaded the Athlete theme – athlete_package_v3.7.0 – but this doesnt include the PSD files as promised in the introduction. Please provide me the link to download these.

Hello, Our theme not public on wordpress so you will not get update message. You can update theme and plugins to new version by download new file on themeforest then upload new files to your server via FTP.

Hello, You do not need buy license for any plugin include in our theme. We have buy extension license version so you can feel free to use it. We will always update new version for premium plugins in new theme version.
However, incase you want to auto update, you can buy new your owner license.

I would want the web app to work in sync with the mobile app.. and also a backend to manage the products. Perfect, I want to know how much everything would cost.
For the product section we would want something like an e-commerce section on the menu section where we can list our products for sale both on the web and mobile version, and also ability manage these products from the back end.
Yes we want to integrate paystack just to collect payments for both membership and to buy products. also if you could add a hub-spot for CRM at the back end that would be great.
Finally we want to be able to allow our customers have a reward program on the website and mobile app.

Do you plan to update your version of WPBakery Page Builder? Our sites version is 6.3 and it shows no available updates. But the latest version of WPBakery 6.4.1. My understanding is there are security issues with the version you are still using.

Be aware, this folks keep selling outdated themes with no support for current wordpress versions.
I bought a theme that is outdated more than a year and they keep selling it, no updates despite thousands requests for an update.
