Bought the theme and provided Item Purchase Code is not working to activate the theme. Says “License keys do not match”
and please don’t tell me to install the Envato Market plugin i don’t want to install any other plugin on my website

Unfortunately, Envato users must use the Envato Market plugin to activate the license for theme updates.
Although, you can optionally always update the theme manually by downloading it from your themeforest account.

Yes, you can apply this CSS code to achieve the same -
nav.extra-navigation { display: none; }
It can be applied via Customizer > Additional CSS and then just copy paste the above code.

Customers coming from Themeforest should only need to use Envato Market plugin (https://envato.com/market-plugin/) to get updates for your themes directly via your WordPress Dashboard. There is no additional licensing required for Themeforest customers, and the license page in the admin area is only there for the themes purchased via codestag.com.

Product variation images are not included by default in the product image slider from WooCommerce and nor do we have support in Atik for the same.
Although you can add this feature for free by downloading any plugin from this list at – https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/product+variation+images/
Select one which suits your needs the best and if the plugin follows standard WooCommerce code, our theme will very well support it.

Which plugins needs buy to work like a demo?

There aren’t plugins required to buy to make the theme look like demo. You can simply import the demo content and some free plugins that come within the theme and it’ll be just alike.

it is a pity. We bought the theme. We asked for support for some configuration issues and no but gave .. Now support has expired. And I just needed to know how the navigation header submenu opened to the right instead of left .. anyway .. When I make a new purchase I will have to be aware of certain issues so as not to be mistaken ..

Hi! I have “show latest instagram posts” in the footer. Its working great except in Firefox. Then it shows the instagram post’s captions rather then the photo. It happened after the latest update.

I love the way Codestag sticking to simplicity and workability. No bloat and excessive configurations. I have few questions before I buy this simple theme.
1. Does it require Jetpack to make it look ike the demo? 2. Will it continue to receive updates for years to come? 3. When I hover the cart icon, the NO PRODUCTS IN THE CART is misaligned (mac, opera browser), will it be fixed? (all browser compatibility) 4. The font in the menu looks blurry. I am not sure, though.

1. No it isn’t required to have Jetpack to create a demo like site. 2. Yes, we do our best to follow up with each and every update there has been in WordPress since we first launched Atik and there are timely updates we keep in check for a pleasant experience to our customers. 3. Yes, that’s a good catch you got there though we noticed it earlier, browser incompatibilities happen sometimes resulting in something like this but as I mentioned in my previous point that there are timely updates for issues like this and there is one that is scheduled for the coming week as well! 4. This is really where a customizable experience comes into play, since every user has their own preferences and as such you can always change anything as you see fit to your preferred results.

Yes, you can translate Atik theme to use Portuguese language. And also about that extra field you want to add at registration page, yes you can do that but might require some PHP and HTML knowledge. Hi, I purchased this theme but am having a few issues setting it up although I am following the documentation. Firstly, once I install the theme, I go to install the dummy data, but once it finishes, it looks like this: https://i.imgur.com/eYUYXY7.jpg
Another issue is layerslider. Where am I supposed to get my activation key for layerslider, it says I was supposed to get it from you, but I do not have layerslider associated with my envato account at all and have no clue how to activate it.

That’s right. You don’t see it listed because it requires a manual review process to go through at their end which requires us to submit our themes to them. Something we haven’t gone through

I have contacted support but thought I would post this so others can see. I just purchased this theme and I’m confused and disappointed. The theme description says “We are now Gutenberg ready” but I noticed after purchase the sidebar description says “No” regarding Gutenberg readiness. Also, after installing, I get this notice from Woocommerce: “Your theme contains outdated copies of Wordpress template files.” What gives?
Also, my license key was never sent. After logging into the codestag.com dashboard to find my license key for the theme and it was not there. “You currently have no licenses.”

Yes. I did make the support request via https://codestag.com/support/. I am logged in right now. Under ‘my account’ is says I have no license keys or downloads BUT it does acknowledge that I made the purchase through Evanto. Where do I go to download the template update?
