Hello my support has run out but the site was fine but now isn’t appearing correctly. I’ve fixed most of the issues but two things that aren’t working property are the: Services. When I click the link to my service, it sends it to a 404 page now and these have been working fine for years. What happened??? I created a new one just to test it but the links don’t work. The Second thing not working is your PMB Service Box. I have 6 services which used to be showing as a carousel. The carousel no longer works and now shows everything instead of only a few at a time.

First of all, you can still create ticket and get support even your support expires. We are always welcome tickets for bugs. So freel free to open new ticket on our support site.
For the 404 error, just go to Admin > Settings > Permalinks section and save it once. This may solve the issue. If not then please describe in the ticket so we can check it.
For the PBM Service Box problem, we need to check this directly on your site. So please create a ticket and send us your site URL with admin login details so we can check it.

Hi, How can I upload my SVG logo to the header? In the footer I succeeded without problems, the header creates problems for me, it is as if it blocks the SVG and does not display it.

Hi. I know my support is end. I buy it but I dont use it before so I dont know how we can solve it. This is the first time Im asking a question. But there is a question how we can update the fonts from google. Your font list is missing. There is no all arabic fonts. We need to add them. This is not a personal support but it should be a general support for the theme. I need to solve it. We should activate the all google fonts in the theme.

Our theme supports “WPBakery Page Builder” plugin. We created special elements in “WPBakery Page Builder” like Blog Box, Portfolio Box etc. So you just need to drag-n-drop it and use it. These are special elements. This special elements will not be available in Elementor.
Apart from this, our theme supports Elementor page builder and you can create content with existing Elementor plugin’s default elements. So basically you can create pages with Elementor plugin but there will be no special elements in Elementor that we created for “WPBakery Page Builder” plugin.

Is Visual Composer integrated into the theme or separate?

The WPBakery Page Builder plugin (formally Visual Composer) plugin is a separate plugin in our theme. The plugin will install separately and works as normal plugin. We created special element in this plugin like “Blog Box”, “Portfolio Box” etc so you can use easily.

After changing the “Advanced Settings”, you just need to go to Admin > Settings > Permalinks section and save it once. This will re-arrange all URL related changes.

I would ask to you how we can update the fonts. We had a problem in RTL.
The porblem is not select the arabic sub font they always select the latin fonts. So we cannot use arabic font. als there are many new arabic fonts in Google fonts how we can update them?
