A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a "Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme. This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix.

We recommend using a cPanel or Plesk based hosting from a renowned hosting provider. Many low cost providers provide their custom web based panel which most of the time don’t have required configuration to run sites smoothly.

Ideally cPanel, Plesk driven control panels work like charm. Also, make sure your provider uses latest version of phpmyadmin. Old version of php and phpmyadmin might not support.

We can troubleshoot and help you if you use cPanel, Plesk, Webmin, webpanel, zpanel type of control panel. Also, when you ask our help, please consider to send control panel access. Only ftp access might not be sufficient always.

You need server upload limit of 32 MB at least. PHP execution time should be 300 seconds. Make sure you have PHP 5.6.x at least
