Hi, my content composer is white when I try to edit a section. What is cause of this? It just recently happened, before any updates. I updated all to hopefully eliminate that issue. Also updated php_memory_limit to 256. Is there any way to troubleshoot this? Or where can I get support for this plugin/issue? thanks

The issue you have is caused by WordPress 5.6.x update. Our developers are working on the theme update to make it compatible with the current WordPress version. As a temporary solution to make Content composer function correctly with WordPress 5.6.x we recommend to use Test jQuery Updates plugin and Classic Editor plugin with the following settings.

Hi, I downloaded your theme via Envato Elements. It’s almost impossible to change the yellow secondary colour via theme settings and even via CSS. Just something you should look at.

The issue you have isn’t a typical one – we didn’t receive similar complains from our customers and our demo site functions correctly (the color can be easily changed via theme settings):

Please note that issues related to the changes that are not applied on the front-end are not theme-related and always refer to the cache settings. I have a question. How does the theme work with GDPR? On the preview website I see a cookies notification which says opting out is possible, but other then that I can’t seem to find any other pages that allow me to see settings or change them. Also does it work with the codes? since before accepting the cookies used by the website shouldn’t work or be there yet. Could you elaborate more on how the theme is GDPR compliant and which settings there are? Also nothing was written about GDPR in the online documentation.
Also, I see the last update of this theme was 2nd of July 2019. Is the theme still being updated?

The theme recommends to use this plugin that allows you to inform users that your site uses cookies and to comply with the EU cookie law GDPR regulations.
The theme is updated as needed to make it compatible with current WordPress and plugins’ versions. There are no known issues with current theme version functioning but sure it will be updated in case of need.

i have reinstalled the wordpress and first thing done was to install the import tools. check your template conflicts with default tools, by activating the debug mode.
