It appears the Download Demo button does not work. I don’t have any content in Theme-Folder/inc/samples folder either, and it is writable. I did submit a ticket, and I have deactivated the theme until resolved. Thanks!

You need to install the theme + plugins.
After that you need to go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Import Demo Data to import
