The theme has known issues. We paid support quite a while ago, just to point them out and to ask if there was a workaround for the errors. We also asked for any customizations available, even with an extra payment. For the bugs that were pointed out even with video and live demos, they said they would first pass them to the developers to evaluate the situation and see if there are actual bugs in the theme. After that, they said they would be fixed on an upcoming patch. Still waiting. The last update of the theme was back on 8 February 2022. The only actual support we got was when we asked for some file locations, to solve the issues on our own. As a theme, it has some good features based on the industry it tried to work with, but the overall experience was not even close to good. We hope this gets better in the future.

Unfortunately customization of template files is not covered by support or available as a service.

The issue you've described in your ticket has been passed to the developers. The theme will be updated as our dev team is working hard on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out, however you will be notified via email when the new update is online on ThemeForest and the changes will be listed in the change log.

I recently purchased this theme, and submitting a ticket from a website mentioned in the support link is almost impossible.

I am following the steps mentioned in the link above but there is no option to submit a ticket. When I click on submit a button it takes me to same page.

demo import doesn't work even xml import doesn't work properly.

We are sorry to hear this and as you may have noticed, in past several days we’ve been experiencing issues with our servers. This resulted in the restricted access to certain theme live demos, and issues with some functionalities like the demo import.

We’d like to inform you that the matter has been resolved and we are in the process of implementing the solution as we speak.
Due to a fairly large number of our themes, the process of applying the fix is taking a bit of time. However, this is our top priority and all the functionalities of all our themes will be fully restored very soon.

The theme isn't bad, but a lot of things are unfinished. Half Board/Person item to count for each person for multiple nights, for one night it counts correctly, for multiple nights it counts as one night.
