I bought your theme, but am having the worst time trying to figure out how to use,, It is not intuitive at all, unlike most other themes, I would like a refund, as your theme is broken in some areas, like assigning Home.. the result is a no css page. Page with a gallery loads, but no logo. Your documentation is too simple. Please advise. Thank you

Hi, what’s going on with this theme? I bought it last year. I’ve downloaded the new version as well but the menu does now show up. I’ve re-setup my site from scratch including removing database and wordpress. Upon installing the theme, the menu won’t show up.

How do I create password protected galleries?

Hello. You can set the padding you need, but on mobile and other similar devices, the responsive mode will be automatically launched, which will line up elements based on the available free space.

In the demo, see features and then image background. It looks great on my desktop, but on my mobile, the image is cropped. Is it possible to have different images for desktop and mobile.

Unfortunately no. At the moment, only images can be used as a logo.
Pre-sales question: I have a website (wordpress) with over 300 posts. If I buy this theme, can they all be loaded in masonry grid style, or is the masonry option really only for images and albums but not for the posts?

HI.. Is the logo and colors “Hard Coded”? I have change the logo and it keeps showing the Aurel logo, same with the colors.. If a change to the white backgroud, it only shows in Privatewindow, it is always black in the Edit mode

thank you but my support has expired. Ive tried reinstalling the theme multiple times to no avail. May move to a new theme rather then renew support.
I want to use the ribbon gallery with a mix of video and stills, but I would like to add titles and comments below each video/image, kind ion like in the Projects section of the Squarespace Forte Gallery. Is this possible with your galleries?
Also, will the proofing gallery show labels so customers can supply the file numbers of the images in an email as well?
