Please unpack the whole package after downloading it from Themeforest. On that extracted ThemeForest-theme-Shopify-theme, You can find files like Documentation, theme.zip, Log.txt, and Readme.txt. You need to install the file “theme.zip ”.

1. There is no space between the header and the product page, could you help me with that ?
2. The Zooming tool for pictures is too detailed can i set a customized zoom up so they see not every pixel ?

I purchased the theme yesterday through a client’s account and when tried installing it I get the following message:
The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet
How can that be resolved?
I tried uploading the theme zip file only as recommended solution for this problem but it doesn’t work
This theme will work only with Shopify platform! Are you trying to install it with other platforms like WordPress?
Tried it on wordpress:) Do you recommend shopify platform for a local retail store with many physical locations planning to try out an e-store? Is it safe and secure to associate with Shopify or should we use a wordpress theme that runs on our website directly?
If you can offord monthly subscription Shopify will be the best choice for ecommerce stores.

I’m having serious problems with building up the mega menu as in the preview of this theme. I watched the video in the documentation and some other tutorials but I still can’t manage to do it. Are you able to send me the theme with the mega menu included? Or offer me support on building it? And also is there an option to hide the wishlist option?

still if you are not able to setup the mega menu means, send your store login details to the support mail support@wedesignthemes.com, we will help.
All the menu list will not be loaded as demo data while you install the theme, you need to add your own menus and pick the correct style.
