I am using the Opal Text Carousel Widget and somehow it does not render as a carousel on mobile devices. In fact, as soon as the viewport width goes under 1024px, it renders as text elements listed in a 1 column layout. The user has to scroll too much until he gets to the content that is placed after the carousel.
How can I extend the JS viewport width limit, so that the carousel always gets triggered?
Still a great theme, I can recommend it to anybody interested in it!

Trying to add a support ticket, but Auros is not in the dropdown, so it won’t match to my purchase code. Tried connecting via the Envato button too, but it’s not working.

Hello Opal Theme! We found another bug in the plugin bit this time cant solve it on our own.
It is about the Elementor Opal Widget “Opal Products”.
Bug Explained: The Product Typ Filter “Featured Product” does not work. Debugging your code it it changes back to the default value (newest).
Could you please update the plugin with a fix for that? I urgently need to display only featured products on our frontpage.

theme is not working. You can check from gileinterior.com it s too havy and not stabil. Before editation I need to have what you show us demos I need to see as stabile at first but it is not working cleanly. Please if you are sale some theme and get money at first you put on sale cleanly. Im using private hosting for word press but it is too slow For I use this theme I need full modification if I will dıo this why I paid money. I want refund moy payment for buy other theme.

Hi, All the typography, layout and settings are not like your demo. I have imported the demo but the website doesn’t look like your demo. And my support is expired. I have replace all the links by my domain (by default after import all the links in the menu go to your demo website) but for the settings do you have a file with all your demo settings ?
