I’ve been purchased this theme a few years ago, it’s a very good theme I’ve ever use.
Now I’ve planned to build one more site and I’d like to use this theme again.
So, my question is, how to upgrade the license for this theme so I can use it on one more of my sites?

The product category archive page cannot be changed using page builders or theme options since it is an archive page, if you want to customize it then you will need to manually do that by coding such feature in the theme.

In WPBakery a text block WYSIWYG editor stoped working. Not sure when. Does anyone else have similar problem? I updated the theme and plugins, deactivate/activate all plugins to see if there is the problem… but nothing. I only see code when opening text block and dont have editor.
This issue was not reported by any of our customers, it may be related to any of the plugins.
Can you please send us your site URL and WP credentials on email? We need to investigate your problem and then get back to you with possible solution and see where the problem is coming from.

Font sizes cannot be changed from this section, in the future updates we might add a new way to manage the typography as we have done with one of our themes but I don’t have an ETA when that would be.

On my checkout store (https://www.hellsrace.it/checkout/) I don’t see “remove product button” near products. Why?
The “remove product” option will show only on hover, when you mouse over a product it will show the X button which removes them from cart, for more please check the screenshot below taken from your site:

I’d like to update the theme and the Wp Bakery plugin on a client’s website but it seems is not possible inside the Wordpress Dashboard. In fact, the theme was last updated on 2018 and there are not automatic updates available. Also WP bakery plugin says that a license is needed to update the plugin but in your theme description, you say that the updates are included so I’m confused, can you help me please? Thank you.
The easiest way to update your theme is if you use the Envato Market plugin ( screenshot ). When you connect the Envato Market plugin you will see the theme update prompt on the Updates tab of your WordPress site.
After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer. Navigate to Laborator > Plugins area to update the plugins to the latest version that we support.

I would prefer to do a “manual” backup.
1. Download all data from my server to my hard drive/Dropbox using Filezilla.
2. Export database from my server to my hard drive/Dropbox with phpMyAdmin
1. Upload all data from my hard drive/dropbox to my server using Filezilla
2. Import database from my hard drive/dropbox to my server with phpMyAdmin
(If necessary, in the event of a total crash, I do a “fresh” installation with a new database and then of course enter the new accesses to the new database in wp-config.php.)
My question: Does this method work in principle? So even with an extensive WordPress/WooCommerce installation with numerous configurations, plugins that have been configured, Loco Translate changes, etc.
...or could it be that plugins or the theme are no longer working properly?
You can backup the theme manually by compressing the complete site from the cPanel.
We prefer you to use a plugin such as UpdraftPlus WordPress Backup Plugin that does this job for you.

We always read carefully the changelog of bundled plugins and we haven’t found any vulnerability that is documented. Anyway, a new update of Aurum will be published tomorrow and as always it will offer the latest version of the bundled plugins so users can update them easily.

How come the theme automatically puts the “blog-post-meta.php” into the H1 Tags of the blogs? This isn’t good for SEO… Can this be updated for future updates?
