Hi! In March 2019 I reported a compatibility problem between the plugin “Woocommerce Additionnal Variation Images” and Aurum (PRIVATE TICKET #1935232). I had specially renewed my support for this.

The conclusion from the support was : “I see that the problems related to this plugin should be addressed. So we are going to test this plugin and make it compatible with our theme.” (Arlind).

I sent the plugin but then I had no news anymore… Our webmaster fixes some things but, because of the non-compatibility of the plugin, some pb came back.

Is there a way you make the plugin compatible with your theme?

I have added this CSS to Custom CSS:

.woocommerce .product .onsale {
    background: #626264 !important;

It was not an issue but the color was changed from the skin and it affected the sale button too.

Hi! I contact you on email one month ago but I didn’t have any news. Please do not ask me to renew my support. I renewed it specially for this problem a year ago… and still waiting for a solution. I can’t renew my support indefinitely for the same problem… Thanks!
