I am working with a client using Version : 2.11 of your Aurum theme and WordPress 5.4.1.

Can you confirm me that I can update her theme to the lastest version and update wordpress to 5.6 without causing any issues on her website ?

If your clients hasn’t modified theme files then you should not have any problem to update your theme and then theme plugins too.

I’ve translate all my website in italian, but in checkout pages some texts are still in english, like “PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PAYMENT” and buttons “UPDATE CART” and “CHECK OUT”. How can I translate it? Thanks,

Hi,

I have two questions…

1.) Where or how can I change the numbers of columns at the shop page? At the moment there are 3 cols, but I want 4 cols like in your demo (Shop -> Shop full width). In the theme options I don’t find any settings for this.

2.) Where or how can I change or set up the image cropping? I find in the store overview the product image is compressed way too much, although it has enough pixels.

As far as I understand it, an uploaded product image is automatically cropped and compressed to 300×300 pixels.​

1— You can tweak that by navigating to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > Products per row.

2— You can tweak that by navigating to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images.

Hello, I added the ability to upload webp to functions, but the whole photo is not displayed in a single product (I think because of lazyload) ... is it possible to do something (turn off lazyload)?

Sure that we know the .webp file. For the moment all the browsers support it and we hope that WordPress will finally allow uploading .webp images too and show the alternative image files for Safari 13 and other old browsers.

1. Looks Aurum theme doesn’t follow wordpress standard. i was faced many problem happended for last 5years.

2. Due to #1 above, the image in the page doesn’t work response to device’s screen size.

3. I already have paid for only one ticket for this problem long time ago and i do not want to pay again for the same problem and a small changes.

4. and i am asking you to fix this and release asap.

5. and i finally couldn’t find my purchase code even i try two hours look at https://themeforest.net/ and https://account.envato.com/. Horrible!! where is my account? leave it easy UX to find easy purchase infomation out!!

Hi. I have Aurum 3.8.1 and Last version of Woocommerce, WordPress and of all plug-in. But when I try to log-in from my-account page I can’t and I receive an error message: «ERROR: Please check the input and resend.» When I log-in from ‘wp-login’ all page work good. Why? How can I fix that? Because the clients can’t log-in in ours account page. Thanks.

This problem is not related to our theme but to WordPress or any third-party plugin is causing this. Please contact your hosting provider so they can assist you on this.

Does your template support plugins or applications for auto printing? Lets say like in link below https://isotropic.co/how-to-auto-print-woocommerce-orders/

This is a feature that WooComerce doesn’t offer by default, but I’m sure that there exist plugins that can make this possible and automatically print WooCommerce orders. For more info you can ask WooCommerce support directly so they can head you in the right direction :)

If there is a plugin for this then surely that Kalium supports it.

You can test the theme by yourself in mobile devices, just make sure you remove the Envato top-bar because that blocks the responsiveness.

The media library search is not working anymore on your theme (“No media was found” when searching for something).

When you switch to a default theme the media library search is working. This is something to do with your theme. I’m asking others users here if they have the same issue?

And regarding your last sentence “I hope you don’t expect us to renew our support for issues that you have created yourself?”, I would kindly ask you for politeness, this is not an issue we have created and I don’t really know why you think we create issues to push users extend their support as this is ridiculous, also you have mentioned this most of your recent comments or tickets that “we’re suggesting you to extend the support”.
