I Have tried to set up an account to submit a ticket as the logo isnt changing and only in one place it hasn’t changed is in the Introducing Book menu and i cant see why it isn’t change or even allowing me to sign up to have an account to submit this as a ticket with your support

Hi, everytime I update a post or plugin or do somthing in the backend, it redirect to 404 page. I contacted to my host provider and they said it is the theme problem.

Hi Some strings are hardcoded and can’t be translated to another language. I tried Loco Translate and TranslatePress but couldn’t translate theme to my language. For example in the shop page, Filter titles can’t be translated. See the screenshot:

Is it possible to switch from WPBakery to Elementor? Would I have to re-build the pages built using WPBakery from scratch?

I would like to know if and when you plan to release a new version of the theme. Recently, our website has had some technical problems and this is what our hosting manager reports to us:
“Dear Customer, I inform you that the G5Plus Auteur theme is generating errors. I have restarted the environment, at the moment the site seems to work correctly, however the problem may appear again. Even if you update to the latest version, the theme may not be fully compatible with the other components as the release of the latter (v 6.5) dates back to May”.

I can’t say exactly because we asked assistance to hosting manager for other reasons (server problems) so I can’t tell you what they’re referring to.
But in php log error there were a lot of error strings about Auteur theme. Some examples:

This theme is an absolute nightmare, at least for beginners and non-experts.
First, I had to negotiate with my domain provider for days to adjust php settings and .htaccess files etc. Which I managed, yay me!
Then I installed the theme – and it completely crashed my site when I tried to import the demo content. It just says ‘fail’ and that’s it. Everything else has been deleted when I tried to import the demo content. Which I wouldn’t have agreed to had I known that the import doesn’t work.
Even Elementor won’t work anymore, nor does the WP Bakery page builder – so I can’t even do a basic fix. It’s a mess.
And the support is not available. Even though I paid for it.
It pains me to say it, but I have no idea where all those great reviews come from. Maybe I’m too much of a noob to get it sorted out. That’s a likely possibility.
But I don’t think it should be that complicated to install a theme. Especially not one that is specifically targeted at authors and writers.

But the strange thing is, that it is not displayed as an Update. In the Envato Market plugin there is a list of purchased themes and G5Plus Auteur is one of them, I can choose “Install”. As if it is a whole different theme. Not just a new version.
I can’t control Envato Market plugin so please do manual update as our guide above. Sorry but haven’t got other solution in this case. Thanks
Your theme needs more work.
The search bar in the demo is broken. It can show ajax results, but if you click on the lens it gives 404 error.
Also, you should avoid the box “no result founds” if the books linked to the author page are less than 2.
Missing fonts style for mobile. Also, changing fonts for specific elements is frustrating.
And why the price above the title?
And, my personal opinion, too much bloated with stuff: skins, blocks, theme options, elementor. Why not using a simpler approach like GeneratePress? Well probably is not feasible as the framework is on all your themes, so changing it would be a hell of work.

Hi guys, great theme. Pre-sales question, unfortunately it does not support rtl as I’ve seen in the comments. but that was from 2 years ago. My question is. 1- is there any chance you added rtl support within these 2 years? 2- If I used WPML will it allow me to overcome that issue? 3- If I purchased the theme can you provide me an rtl.css file

When I add a product, I choose a publisher’s name, similar to selecting an author. When visitors browse the website, the publisher’s name is displayed along with the product listing page. If people click on the publisher’s name, all of the publisher’s products are displayed.
Understand your mean, currently, my theme haven’t got it, sorry for that.
