nothing works on this template, not even the header image, unable to install the demo data and support requested but lacking in reply and waiting for answers. I am not happy and satisfied.

I purchased this theme due to its ability to allow authors a good template in which to promote their books. When I had an issue, customer support was quick to address the problem and handled things efficiently and effectively.
I like this theme. Stable and fulled with features. The only down side is that sime plugin used is outdated. I did not need to contact support. So, I do not know about the support.
I contacted Auteur support with a typical beginner question and subsequently with a technical problem (website did not load on smartphones). I received helpful answers within 24 hours in each case. All problems were solved patiently and effectively. I am very satisfied.
Very disappointed in this theme. I've had nothing but issues with it. Even the smallest change to it, made it crash. It cost me tons of clients to the point where I just couldn't afford to spend any more time or money on it. I even paid for extra support to no avail. What a waste of money. I dropped it, built a new site in a week and the results are like night and day. Do not recommend.

This theme is absolutely stunning. Thanks to the various demos and layouts they offer you can build a beautifully designed website with ease. Moreover, customer care is super helpful. After being introduced to the world of Themeforest and its authors from another kit that turned into a less than positive experience, working the G5 has been amazing. I fell in love with the design and have gotten 4-5 support questions answered in a timely fashion and with a good attitude so that I can continue plugging away to meet my deadline. I'm not a web designer/ developer so having WPBakery has been a Godsend. I got scared off from the Elementor Plus kits from my first experience but if THIS author releases something, I'd try because G5 is treating this as a business they are passionate about with ACTUAL customer support.
Auteur was just what I was looking for to represent my author client. I could adjust it visually to meet his style, and the existing templates were stunning. I enjoyed the Events a lot as well as how Woo commerce and the store connected together so nicely. A lot of great details. Support was excellent - Quickly responded and fixed my issues.
