I like the theme itself but worst customer support I've experienced. Alex from the support team is not helpful at all and his attitude is unacceptable for someone working in support. If we were all pros and experts we would not need to get support for the theme. This is the error I got "The server cannot process the image. This can happen if the server is busy or does not have enough resources to complete the task. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2,560 pixels." Now i didn't know if this is a server issue or something template related. So i asked him that I'm getting this error and he replied with a cold message "If you have problems with the server you should contact your hosting provider and not me. Let’s use the purity in the ticket and solve problems consistently to avoid confusion.". And the main issue I had that the search box on the main page was not showing proper after edits. Gave him admin access and instead of solving it for me he keeps giving me tasks to do this and that. I can't fix it is why I asked for support in the first place!

The issue with the images is clearly identified as a server problem. This is explicitly stated in the error description . I don't comprehend why you haven't contacted hosting support .

I requested that you refrain from generating numerous questions, but rather divide them into tickets to prevent any confusion. I do not perceive this as an insult or a problem.
