Very satisfied with the support department. Tickets are handled super fast and the answers are fortunately not standard 12 in a dozen but fully focused on the reported problem. There is adequate thinking and the answers come with comprehensive information. Also very attentive staff. Anyway thanks Dan for the great support!

Support was immediate and thorough. Up and running in no time.
It was hard to pick just one "main reason" for rating 5 stars, but having support is always the most important thing for me. The theme and plug-in are excellent.
It's clean, easy to use, with a ton of options, and incredibly well thought out for little things like adding new options on the fly.
I had questions more than problems during the setup and the ThemeSuite folks were extremely quick to help and get things sorted out.
And most importantly... the customer I'm building the site for is extremely happy with his new site.
The Automotive theme was easy to work with. However, what I am most impressed about is how responsive and helpful the support has been. When I need a theme for my clients, I'll be looking through themesuite's portfolio of themes first.
Been using for 9 years. Always updated and looks great. Easy to use. Highly recommended.

The best theme I have come across this far! The customer service is phenomenal. Dan, in customer support, worked with me to do code customizations and inventory export settings. I had a lot more other questions and they always for back to me within 5-6 hours. So that's really fast compared with all other themes. I will be using Themesuite for my future projects too.
Great theme, easy to adjust to your needs.
Looks great out of the box. Please mind there are some small errors in the translation files. Personally I would keep the original US English for the backoffice translation.

The theme is so easy to use, and works well for Google Pagespeed. As a mostly novice web designer this theme is easy to use for me.
Also something needs to be said about their support team. None of my issues have arised from a problem with the theme, rather my own inexperience. I know that is a case by case basis but all of my questions have been solved very quickly by their team in a friendly easy to understand manner. I will continue to come back to these guys for any of my wordpress themes solely based off support.
