It was hard to pick just one "main reason" for rating 5 stars, but having support is always the most important thing for me. The theme and plug-in are excellent.
It's clean, easy to use, with a ton of options, and incredibly well thought out for little things like adding new options on the fly.
I had questions more than problems during the setup and the ThemeSuite folks were extremely quick to help and get things sorted out.
And most importantly... the customer I'm building the site for is extremely happy with his new site.

The Automotive theme was easy to work with. However, what I am most impressed about is how responsive and helpful the support has been. When I need a theme for my clients, I'll be looking through themesuite's portfolio of themes first.
Been using for 9 years. Always updated and looks great. Easy to use. Highly recommended.

The best theme I have come across this far! The customer service is phenomenal. Dan, in customer support, worked with me to do code customizations and inventory export settings. I had a lot more other questions and they always for back to me within 5-6 hours. So that's really fast compared with all other themes. I will be using Themesuite for my future projects too.
Great theme, easy to adjust to your needs.
Looks great out of the box. Please mind there are some small errors in the translation files. Personally I would keep the original US English for the backoffice translation.

The theme is so easy to use, and works well for Google Pagespeed. As a mostly novice web designer this theme is easy to use for me.
Also something needs to be said about their support team. None of my issues have arised from a problem with the theme, rather my own inexperience. I know that is a case by case basis but all of my questions have been solved very quickly by their team in a friendly easy to understand manner. I will continue to come back to these guys for any of my wordpress themes solely based off support.

no need to look at others. this theme is great. does all you need to do. cust support is steller. i looked around, compared, researched and trust me, this is the solution. i am very very happy. awesome. if had to start over i would choose this theme again
This review is for the Automatic Importer I purchased with the theme. Spent hundreds of dollars for the importing of vehicles to be automatic but it never worked. I worked with the developers as well as my hosting provider and no one could figure it out. Lost a client and project because of it. Seems like the only solution they had for it to work was if they hosted it themselves.

False. We could trigger it manually and it worked as expected. Your hosting provider / web server cron job was not functioning properly to trigger it.
I worked with the developers as well as my hosting provider and no one could figure it out.
False. We did figure it out, but you chose to not action the problem with your web hosting.

False. You can blame losing your client on our Automatic Importer plugin if it makes you feel better, but you lost your client because your server's cron job was not working.
Seems like the only solution they had for it to work was if they hosted it themselves.
False. We offered to provide you more information on our web hosting services if you could not sort the problem out with your web host. Then 5 months later you asked us Where do you recommend hosting it that you know will work? and we provided you with more information on our web hosting, which we guarantee, and know works as advertised. We certainly did not say or imply that it will only work with our web hosting. We don't have control over any other web hosts or web servers, so we cannot guarantee other companies servers work properly. If you refer back to our first email before you purchased the product, we recommended that you test your imports with your web hosting prior to purchasing, and explained how to do this.
